I think when the 70's, 80's and 90's AB leadership got busted and sent to SHU or away AB lost alot of their power, those cats made it to what it was. It's like when a man builds an empire and passes it on to his son, the son doesn't have the same vision or the investment into the empire like his father so it slowly starts to crumble, we are at the greatgreat grandson of that former empire/AB.

Hey Hector, I heard the Nortenos and Sorrenos are similar to old school AB in regards to being full fledged, not just with ferocity and training but having to study old literature, philosphies, anatomy etc like they have similar models

All prison gangs at least in California have basically the same models. Minor differences in infrastructure and obviously the fact that their recruitment pool is usually their race. Other than that they all basically program the same. Just either allied with one group or warring with another.

most people only see the movies and believe it's like that... what we have seen you can't even imagine or make up... what a person would do to another person... and doesn't bother them... how do you sit in a cell for days next to a dead dude like nothing happened... I'm not just talking about a 5150 who is truly out there.... just the mentality of men.... prison is such a dark place....so thankful for being out... have a blessed family day...

So true, Hector. Started in 03'. And I've ran across some heavies over the years. I had 2 lwop whites that were my porters in 2016. Together, they ran the yard where I was at. Eventually, they were both made brothers in the brand. Even they told me things were changing. I ran their background on SOMS, nothing but level 4 chaos. Since then, I mention their names on the level 3 I work at, and to this, the whites admit they earned their stripes. Even though things have become watered down. Thank you for your input. I’m from San Diego and was in an out of county jails for a long time. Never made it up state. Are most yards 50/50 yards in the state now? Or do they still have strictly GP yards?
Bro, to be honest it is about 75% SNY yards now throughout the state. GP is a dying breed. However, they have started to mix everyone lately.

Hector, I was on duty during the murder of Deputy Trejo by A B member Scully. I drove to the Sonoma Valley S O sub station to see if any of my guys were acting up and walked into braking news about the murder and who did it. They said a guy just released from the Bay stopped in Sonoma county and killed Deputy Trejo but they really didn’t know anything about who. That was the status at that morning. I snapped to it and said the guy had to be on Parole so I contacted my office. It turned out he was out of San Diego so I called them and informed them of the situation and asked for all his paperwork to be faxed to my office. I took that to the Command Site and they gave it to the negotiator. I listened to the negotiations that were being listened to by the Sheriff and a few of us on the back of a truck bed. Scully insisted that they would kill him if he came out. Scully said what about that helicopter (Henry 1) and he was told it was a media vehicle. Scully finally came out and I believe it was Deputy Freitas who actually took him down. Much later I happened to be driving into the Sonoma County Sally Port to book one of my guys when things got real all up in there. I was like wtf is going on? Everything was being secured. I had to put my guy back in my car. Wtf. They were bring in A B from the Bay because Scully called them as witnesses for the trial. Machine guns everywhere. Holy shi!. So this is the way it’s done. They had guys stationed on the roof, inside the Sally Port and I’m sure places I couldn’t see. I had a very very limited involvement in this whole thing and ain’t taking credit for anything other than walking into a Hurricane of law enforcement at its finest. I would have done whatever was asked of me but that wasn’t the case. It was my lightbulb going on when they said The Bay so I figured that part out and took file information to the Command Post. Hector, I’m a Guerrero in more ways than one. Had to live up to the name 😂 Crazy shi! but I also stumbled into the Polly Klass kidnap and murder but I’ll wait on that one. Keep telling the truth sir!

To be honest, just another inmate. I did show respect for the inmates who served time in the military. The same respect a veteran would show towards another veteran.

The AB is ore powerful now than ever before. They started recruiting on the outside and has spread to bout every prison in America. They're responsible for a huge number of deaths inside prisons. 3 of my dudes are AB and they put in work on the outside. My best friend and brother is a shot caller.Can't speak on Cali.

Great question FIO! I believe the "majority" of inmates who practice religion in prison is solely for the privileges. Now there are those that truly practice the faith, but you hear what i'm saying. I doubt anyone is going to riot over religious issues.
Lt ... 💯 most are doing the religious things for privileges especially around the holidays with the special outside food that groups begin in...was a part of special escort in visiting and saw a few homies... you could see they didn't know what was going on in prayer....out of timing...hit them up back on the yard... didn't front them..."was only there for the food"...
