Kuching Food Festival returned for the first time after 2 years as one of the biggest in BORNEO and perhaps Malaysia and all we can say it WOW.
The variety of food on offer here is unrivalled and we can say that from personal experience as we have been to quite a few food markets/streets/fairs/ festivals and this is by far our favourite.
The Street food at Kuching Food Festival is absolutely delicious and everything we tried was mouth watering.

Being an English as well as Malaysian and South African/Cape Malay, I'm happy that you are here in Malaysia. I saw your videos as well as other Malaysian blog videos here and I'm happy that you went to Kuching to show the food stalls there. 🇲🇾😄
And yes, sometimes it does actually rain in Malaysia as well with the clouds which you might not expect on this blog.
I also didn't know about chicken and ice cream being mixed together and I thought that was a bit strange. Otherwise, I hope to see more videos of Malaysia from you! 😁🇲🇾

This was one of the best food festivals we've been to 🥰😊
I actually went there exclusively for the crcodile sup but unfortunately, they were closed when I went there... maybe thats a good thing because an iban friend of mine says that when you eat a crocodile, its cousins will come and eat you afterwards. We had pizza, ukranian or some country ice cream, tacos and some other stuffs. With the foods I had, Id rate the food to be 8/10.
But as the foods are quite on the pricier side for a malaysian, in total i'd give it a 7/10.
Yeah the croc cousins would be after you haha 😄 it was a bit on the expensive side but the food variety on offer was amazing 🥰
I am literally at the festival right now. 🤣
P/S: If y'all still there, check out a local delicacy called "kompia" located at the Kuching Fried Captain stall. It is SO GOOD.

Kuching Food Festival 2023 is coming soon on 28 July till 20 August.! Besides, you can eat at Sung Huat Cafe at Jalan Petanak for Foochow Big Prawn Head Char Zhu Mee, Red Wine Pig Liver Soup, and Kampua. In addition, you can come to Jalan Ban Hock at Choon Hui Cafe for its Sarawak Laksa, Half boild eggs, kolok mee and poriddge.
