Someone needs to highlight that you cannot buy btc and expect to immediately send to wallet. Constant errors of "not enough btc to send" despite trying to send $100 worth of btc after making a $350 btc purchase. The system has invisible wait times that I experienced took well over 24-48 hours for ETH before as well.
Sending 50,000 sats and paying 5,000 sats in miners fees doesn't sound like 'no fee' withdraws to me. That is a 10% fee should have been confirmed in the next 1 or 2 blocks, which is more like 25 mins. I also approximate the fee to be about 15vsat/byte which should have also been confirmed in the first 1 or 2 blocks. The round 10% fee and the delay make that 'no fee' withdraw claim incredible, imho
Thank you very for the info, i received the email and set up my wallet pretty fast no problem, It took less that half an hour for Robinhood to do all the verifications. Sending crypto from Robinhood to my Coinbase wallet however was a different story. I sent the first try out amount (about $7 ) and it took almost 10 and half hours to reach my coinbase wallet !!, That was crazy
Hey Timothy. Yes, it is definitely possible to transfer from both your Robinhood Crypto wallet and your Coinbase wallet to a hardware wallet like the Ledger or Trezor wallet. And also visa-versa. The only thing you need to make sure is that you have the new Robinhood crypto wallet feature in your Robinhood account. Once you have it, then you can make these external transfers 👍
I have 0.750 ETH and I try to send 0.7 but it's not work it's say you don't have 0.7ETH for this transfer then I try 0.6 again but it's the same help me plz
I don't have a Binance account but it took me about an hour for the transfer to complete from Robinhood to Coinbase. So it would probably be around the same.
It's a minor thing, but just to be aware that moving your crypto off the Robinhood platform could complicate keeping track of all your transactions for tax purposes. But using a crypto tax software come tax season can definitely help resolve this issue 👍
In order to activate crypto wallets on your account, you do have to enable 2-factor authentication. As for their crypto wallet, Robinhood doesn't currently give you access to your private keys. But you can always buy crypto on Robinhood and then transfer it to another crypto wallet or exchange where you own your private keys 👍
Robinhood will provide you with a crypto 1099 for all your buys and sells on the platform. But if you transfer your coins to another wallet or transfer coins in from another wallet, Robinhood has no way of tracking external buys and sells. For that, you would need to use third-party crypto tax software. I'm going to upload a video very soon on some of my recommended crypto tax software, but some of the ones I like are CryptoTrader .tax and Crypto .com Tax. The former is paid and the latter is free 👍
Not if you transfer to another crypto wallet that you own. That would not be a taxable event. It becomes a taxable event if you sell your crypto or convert it into another crypto 👍

As far as I'm aware, that would qualify as a taxable event for your brother (in the US). Any crypto earned as income counts as a taxable event, including any gifted crypto.

This will depend on the network. But when I did my transfer it took about an hour before it was available in my other wallet.
