      We thought so - Everyone we have spoken to did this as a school trip or when they were little, so felt right to do it seeing as we were here. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Guys, Love your work as always, however I think the Zig Zag railway opened in 18 October 1869, making it older. Congrats with the drone! Excellent work!!!

    About 20 days till winter soon snow up in the mountains .every 100 meters you go up the temperature drops 1 degrees .so a height of 1000 meters is 10 celcius cooler than the bottom of the mountain..the smell of the forests are pritty pritty good .and fresh air.

    Those trees are the tallest flowering trees in the world and the second tallest trees in the world, also. They grow to over 100 metres tall. They are named Eucalyptus regnans - swamp gum/stringy gum/mountain ash. They grow in cooler climates in southern Victoria and Tasmania. There are better and bigger waterfalls in that area to see. The colorful deciduous trees are introduced species mainly from Europe. I love the tall, lush tree ferns there and have some in my garden in Melbourne.

    • @JasonandJordan
      @JasonandJordan  7 місяців тому

      Hey, wow, thanks for info - they were pretty amazing to see. We will be heading that way again next week, did you have any recommendations of better waterfalls in the area? Thanks for watching 😊

    • @barnowl.
      @barnowl. 7 місяців тому

      @@JasonandJordan There are waterfalls big and small in the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley areas and nearby areas. My suggestions are : William Ricketts Sanctuary, Olinda Falls, Sherbrooke Falls, La La falls and Steavenson Falls not far away in Marysville. The whole area is beautiful with lovely small towns and parks. Check out the tourist bureau information.

    Dangling feet was banned for a while because there was an accident with a tourist min van ( minivan was responsible for accident!) Before this people had been dangling their feet outside for decades.

    noice drone footage. you both have probs looked it up already, if not, check out CASA drone rules for aus, just so you dont get in any trouble in the future. cheers gleno, central vic.

    • @JasonandJordan
      @JasonandJordan  7 місяців тому +1

      Hi, yeah unfortunately it’s not the easiest thing to understand as local rules can also differ from the state rules which can differ from the CASA requirements, for where you can and can’t fly it 😂 but hopefully we can avoid a fine as they’re pretty hefty - it’s much more relaxed and easier to understand outside of Victoria though 😂
