Yeay! New Ampro video! :p
I was so delayed on this!
I have a 3d printed S10 Blazer body and the wheelbase is almost dead on for the 12th scale Enduro. I'm in the process of making the interior fit and then to prepping the body.
That's awesome! Send me pic's on IG or FB when you have it done. Love to see it!
Nice review, thanks. So many scales to choose from these days. Lots of great rigs out there. Cheers!
Glad you like it. To me, this is one of my favorite overall sizes. I think a lot of modern 1/10 cars are way too big.
I have an MT12, and it's a delightful little truck. Starting to wish I'd waited for this one, though
I agree. I love that chassis a lot and am excited to do some builds with this one.
I’m happy to hear the gears are all the same in the CR12 and new element kit. I’ll have to get the new transfer case and rear axle plastic on order soon for mine
Yes I am hoping we will finally get some metal gears.
@@AMPROEngineering that would be a plus
Awesome crawler video. 👍🏾🔥
Thanks! It is a great truck
I'm loving my Ecto 12 and have a few good mod videos out for it 😊 it easily fits in my backpack and I take it with me on the ebike , its a weapon with some steel wheels and better tires
Yeah it is super compact and totally usable with 1/10 trucks.
@@AMPROEngineering definitely , I put on some 108 mm Super Swampers and it does 1/10 scale lines no problem
Once again. Great video!
Well thank you! I wish I had the time to take it on some serious outings. I did not do it justice.
i love the element boxes and manuals .
Me too!
i use to have the TA toyota fj40 or fj45. great truck . wonder if you can fit that body on the element
that's a good question. I dont have one so I need to check.
@@AMPROEngineering i remember it was a pickup version and had a silly huge bumper which i can’t remember if it was on the body or chassis . and the smaller wheels to . the wheels were black but did look fj45 ish . nice little truck ….. so i sold it 🙄😂😂😂👍
I have a CR-12 and the Ecto-12. My Ecto has a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Barbie body on it. 1/6 body on a 1/12 chassis. Does that make it a 1/10? They don’t get out much. Where I live, I have to drive 2 or more hours to find rocks. And these aren’t exactly waterproof. So no creek crawling. There’s tons of that around me.
That body is a good call. I have seen a few builds with them. Yeah there isnt all that much for crawling near me either so seems I needed to make due.
Is the insulation video done yet?
It's under way. Working on a home addition at the moment but ill have it done soon.
Has anymore progress made on this build?
Yes, I am working on the video with the AMPro body mounts.
Would a Midnight Pumpkin body fit it?
Nope, the pumpkin is tiny. It fits a WPL c24 chassis. I have a build coming soon.
GPM makes a set of metal gears for the Kaiser/CR12 that will work with these, part no. SKXS56T1233T
WHAT! They do! Hell yes! Ordering!
