The 2024 NBA Draft Is An International GOLDMINE
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 лют 2024
- The 2023 NBA Draft was a straight-up game-changer, and while there’s no Victor Wembenyama-type talent available this time around, the 2024 Draft could still be pretty monumental itself.

Matas Buzelis the "international" prospect that was born and raised in Chicago and played for a high school team called "sunrise christian" in the middle of Kansas.
😂😂
yeah, has american and lithuanian passports, but committed to play for Lithuania national team, so...
so that means he is not lithuanian? i mean he indetifies as lithuanian and both his parents are.
@@arunasstunzenas4080 And Kyle Anderson plays for China but is he ever called the "greatest chinese player of all time"? It's because he probably wanted to play internationally and couldn't make team USA
@@msx77sr77 the term international prospect refers to someone who was raised in a different country. Otherwise any player with a 1% french ancestry would be an "international prospect". If you're born and raised in the US, and grew up around the US basketball ecosystem, you're not an international prospect.
topic for the spurs baby
Did anyone think this guy needs a Luigi?
This upcoming draft looking more and more like the 2013 NBA draft.
The parallels are there for sure, be on the lookout for NBA youtubers making videos comparing them
If they all work out, their going to set the future of the nba
Watched Alex Sarr play recently on the Gold coast and he has bust written all over him, he's the classic all potential just showing flashes - much more thon maker then a Giannis prospect. Bookmark this comment lol
Giannis was the most raw talent imaginable when he was coming into the nba, hard to project players like that
For sure been following him in the NBL this season and he’s overrated in my opinion
Man I watched some film of him the other day I couldn’t believe he was projected to go first
Fr
He looked pretty impressive but I don’t think it will translate as well in the nba
cool will the NBA adopt a Eurostyle of play then
Don't forget Australians in NCAA - Johnny Furphy (Kansas) & Tyrese Proctor (Duke) leading the charge.
International dominant NBA soon
this could either be a sensational international draft class or a sensational international bust class..
this draft is just the precursor to the cooper flagg lottery next year
who is this guy? the future of American basketball?
splendor and decadence... 😂
How is the all star game not US vs the world??? It sucks now!!!
Because the US team would get TORCHED, and Silver knows that.
It sucks but not because of the international players or the position less basketball style that's been adopted into the NBA. There's other factors that's causing the NBA to lose fans in the USA.
I’d like to see that. Maybe they’d have more pride and play better defense
why wouldn't you wait till April to make this video when march madness is over it doesn't make any sense
I’m going to die on this hill. If they’re concerns about a players jumper DO NOT I repeat DO NOT draft them top 5. If you can’t shoot you have a very low ceiling
Exactly. Gone are the days when you could have guys who rarely score that would still end up as elite players like Ben Wallace, Dennis Rodman, and Jason Kidd (early years). Nowadays, a player has to be able to both score and defend, or at the very least be able to shoot. If all you can do is defend, pass, and rebound, then the best you can be in today's NBA is a roleplayer.
Scottie Barnes had that tag look at him now, depends on the player & their motor
@@Justfranktbh I’ll be honest with you. Scottie Barnes will never win a chip as the 1st or second option. So I’ll stick with my original comment.
@@ted_shelton do u even watch basketball or you’re another highlight guy? Cause this comment don’t look like u do
@@Justfranktbh damn maybe I’m just a highlight guy I didn’t know Scottie Barnes led the raptors to a chip. My bad man. I’m trippin.
Word of advice. Please be more natural when speaking on camera. It seems like you’re trying too hard.
He seems to speak that way and it is really irritating.
He’s trying too hard. His natural voice was at the end of the intro. So much easier to listen to, than his overly excited delivery.
He does seems a bit annoying.. most vids that feature this guy I skipped
I don’t think so. Most of the international players come from various countries. Only the US consistently produces talent across the board.
2024 Draft will Suck.
Alex Sarr is Nerlens Noel 2.0. The Nikola kid is good. IDK enough about Risacher tho.
Isn't there any other name in Serbia other than Nicola?
No. Nikolas married with Nikolas and giving birth to Nikolas in serbia
It is interesting in Serbian soccer team, out of 30 players is just one Nikola, but in basketball world Nikola are dominating.
Nooooo. What has happened to my beloved country.
Sorry to say this but your voice is not made to voice Videos, this is not mean mine isn't too
can we just skip to the 2025 draft instead lol its stronger then this year draft class.
Rise or another Fall for Charlotte Hornets new ERA & new owners your next video theScore 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Saar will go first overall
WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?
Why is he talking like a elementary educational video
such a tiny voice lol
This is probably the worst draft class in years 👎🏾
This dude sound like a muppet
It sucks buddy
Dork
American will suck if they keep treating their young talents as superstars. Be humble and go to work
All garbage players.
Idk why you wanna be a top draft pick to an absolutely shitty team. Why can’t players grow up and say NO i am not and will not play for spurs wizards pistons etc. just my opinion
Met me guess:
Let’s get EVERY good guy to the Lakers and/or Celtics… right? 😁
You get to instantly be a starter and show your mettle in a shitty team. This gives you a development opportunity that you would not get in a good team. No playoff bound team would start a rookie unless they were really desperate (Mavs have done real well with Lively for example)
@@juanblanco1371good take
Oh yeah just so the more popular teams get good players.
in fact, this is the very principle of the draft...
the best prospects normally end up in the worst rosters 😂
you have no choice, since these teams have the first picks, or else you don't register for the draft and you lose out on millions of $
