Richard is an amazing teacher. He has an the physical practice, but he also has a very intelligent way to explain the more subtle truths of yoga. He is very witty and funny. I really enjoyed the way he explained the philosophical aspects of yoga and how he merged them with the yoga asanas. He is a true scholar teaching the Sanskrit. I highly recommend his workhops to anybody that wants to go deeper into the practice as he makes them very accesible to different levels too.

He's so right about injury being a teacher! I recently hurt myself trying a pose a knew I wasnt ready for, but tried it anyway. Sure enough, I hurt myself. Took me a week to fully recover. But I sure did learn my lesson and I learned to be patient with myself.

I have tried for over two decades to come closer to like Richard F. . But I just can’t. Even if sometimes I enjoy what he is saying, I just can not deal with his condescending mannerisms. I have found this happening over the years, teachers with less knowledge but great mannerisms can go much further then the ones with lots of knowledge but a poor way of sharing. 📿🙏

@@mindsoulpower thank you for confirming my observation with your reply... obviously the ones that follow Richard F. Will be as condescending as I feel he is, and will not be able to see or accept another point of view. And yes I do practice Yoga on and off the mat. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Stay safe.
