Diet and exercise no longer trump environment! Doug Wallace is the world's leading expert on mitochondria

Sounds like humanin is involved in signalling and control, which makes sense since one would expect there to be mechanisms for feedback signalling from the mitochondria.
So... any discussion sessions or Q&A on how this would affect mitoSENS?

This is an incredible! The peptides coded from mitochondrial dna (Humanin and MOTS-C), appear so promising, I'm surprised there isn't more buzz surrounding it!

it's too complicated and the rest of healthcare is stuck in 20 years ago.

Growth hormone is supposed to stop at full maturity. People who have reached full maturity should do everything possible to reduce growth hormone for proper metabolic function. After maturity it just leads to aging. Very interesting concerning the high and low GH mice.

Can I use this for my dog? Serious inquiry here.

Did you ever try it on your dog? Just an assumption here, but I'd bet it'd be fine. If you did please let me know the results. If you want things in supplement form as opposed to peptides you could use PQQ, coq10 and d-ribose. The PQQ and to a lesser extent the coq10 will lead to mitochondrial biogenesis and the d-ribose the body uses to create additional ATP that existing mitochondria can use.

They give anti-aging peptides, CJC-1295/ipamorelin to dogs. Also bpc-157 for hip, tendon and nerve repair. There are several others. Check out Reddit.

So where can I get this stuff?

It's interesting how those who are products of the medical establishment just can't bring themselves to use a picture of any animal product as part of a healthy diet. It's always the intuitively appealing (but substance and fat devoid) salad greens that represent the mainstay of a healthy diet.

We're all getting older! Sadly, diet and exercise may buy you a few healthy years at most.
