This is the Heaslip Road level crossing at Waterloo Corner, South Australia. It is located on the ARTC standard gauge line from Adelaide to Crystal Brook and is situated at the boundary of four suburbs, those being Waterloo Corner, Penfield, Edinburgh and Direk. Most likely to overcome this confusion, ARTC list the crossing as being located at Bolivar, which is the name of a nearby passing loop.
I don't know when these signals were installed, but the crossing has a strange mixture of equipment and an even more bizarre history of changes according to google maps. Back in December 2007 the crossing had a Western Cullen Hayes mechanical bell on the southern gated signal which was replaced by the current Safetran Type 3 e-bell some time prior to December 2009 www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.7...
Also in December 2007 both gated signals had pair Westinghouse 12 inch LED forward facing lights, while the rear lights were Westinghouse 8 inch LED's. The northern gate-less signal also had a pair of Westinghouse 12 inch LED lights www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.7...
By July 2013 both of the gated signals had their 12 inch lights replaced by Westinghouse 8 inch lights with Westinghouse clear LED's, although the northern gate-less signal retained it's 12 inch lights www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.7...
By October 2015 the northern gate-less signal also had it's 12 inch lights replaced by a pair of 8 inch Westinghouse lights with Westinghouse clear LED's and a new white strobe light on top of the mast www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.7...
The only signal to remain unchanged during this time is the southern gate-less signal which has a pair of Westinghouse 12 inch LED lights (mounted on a McKenzie & Holland bracket), a white strobe and a pair of Westinghouse 8 inch LED side lights www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.7...
The southern gated signal has a Westinghouse base while all other signals have Western Cullen Hayes bases. Both gated signals have Western Cullen Hayes gate mechanisms and Western Cullen Hayes LED gate lights, the southern gate lights also have an odd flash pattern. The southern gate had it's original WRRS counterweight arms replaced by newer WCH ones some time between 2013 and 2015, although the WRRS counterweights have been reused.
The train shown in the video is 6MP4 freight from Melbourne to Perth, with locomotives NR16 and NR23. The train was filmed from both sides of the crossing.
    Filmed on May 4, 2019.

I was just curious as to what type of railroad signals they used in Australia, but they are pretty much identical to the signals used in the U.S and Canada. As soon as I saw the WCH logo (Western Cullen Hayes) they are made by the same company, and are slightly different for Australia, but pretty much the same world wide.
