They should add multiple oil rigs, with all of them dropping oil even though it is completely useless at a low level, plus the Kitkit isn't the only pal that drops oil when butchered/ captured but with the small eggs it does make for quick oil a thing also if you wanted an even faster egg output with 1 breeding pen just add 'Philanthropist' to the passive skill for quicker egg output and well the electric egg incubator will help for overall egg speed if you're having any issues, I am also finding the best work pal skill for non stop workers is to add 'Nocturnal" to the passive skill with Serious, Artisan and the other one can't remember the name but adds 30% work and -50% attack. I have 2 chickens and I almost doubled the egg output going to need to do this on a Beegarde, cow the Woolipop and a Dumud
And having a pal like Katress out while you're hunting Kikits will increase the drop rate. There are a lot of things that can be done, but I do agree, we need more oil rigs. They aren't worth the cost of ammo after a certain point for farming but close enough to be worth weighing the odds. Maybe a special island where we can make oil spots wherever we want and however many we want (within reason of course)? I just hope there will be more options in the future.
I found that you really don't need much oil... you make some plasteel armor and weapons and a handful of balls. Then you're about done because then you're max level and don't need any more catch XP and all you have left to do is breed raid pals, which requires no oil.
Some people like to continue the game even tho " all they have left to do " is breed, in others opinion " all they have left to do " is considered something else
I honestly love this spot. I didn't have more than one base to play with on a friends server, so I wanted to make the most of what I had. Two max condensed Orserks on one large generator handles the 6 extractors just fine-- granted they have Nocturnal, Workaholic, Diet Lover, and Artisan, you have pretty much full security on it, especially if you load them up with Pizza or Salad (I'd probably recommend dumud chowder over both if you can be bothered to hoard some dumud meat). It's a lot of breeding, but you'll probably get one Orserk with those traits and enough to condense that first one just by virtue of the process, once you get two of them, you're honestly pretty close. I've done this on a server and in a 1p world both, and it feels super satisfying to see it go from 3 to 2 to 1 large generator running it. It's definitely overkill as a project, but it frees up a lot of slots to make use of the spot. There is actually a rock formation that will let you build a generator inside of it, so it's possible to make a "tower of power" on multiple levels going up it in order to use more of the land. The ground there is a bit wonky, but it isn't impossible to get a singular solid foundation going around it with a nice alignment. It needs a lot of work, but it's becoming my main base.
Low level players don't need oil. It's not used until Plasteel. The dissassembly conveyor is also a level 54 recipe. Kitkits are also only found on Sakurajima's new island, which has pals level 40+. This is 100% not helpful to low level players (who also would not have a stack of a hundred cakes and nothing better to breed). The tip about the double placement and the base location are good to have, though! Thanks!

But a little advice you need to start writing a script because you're spending way too much time rambling and not getting to the point so I can tell you a lot of people are just turning off the vid and not subbing! I still can't figure out how to place oil extractors at an angle that allows for two to be on one spot. I'm jealous of those who can get it to work. No matter how careful I am, moving within pixels, it doesn't seem to wanna work that way. Oh well, at least we can have a bunch of bases to compensate! I'd rather not dedicate bases or breeding rescources for it but I suppose I can just ho AFK and stock up on the materials.
I tried for 30 minutes to get two onto one oil spot and couldn't get it to work on the spot I had. I may try again later to see if your rock and holding ctrl hints help. It is in ice though.

How that oil extrator is sitting bothers me. Also you can fit 6 pumps not just 5.
