On my second cold thingy since Christmas and was going so well but have learnt not to push it otherwise you never fully recover and leave yourself open for a period of longer illness.
Get well soon, consistency is key. On the Cold point of view, I drink green tea with ginger and turmeric, great antioxidants and have loads of other benefits, I very rarely get colds.
I feel for you Dan, I have just got over a cold and now I have just done my back in, I have a 80km gravel race in two weeks time 😬 I will have to see if I will make it!!!
Good call mate, it's actually harder to give up early, istead of pushing a scheduled session. It'll pay off in long run hopefully
Cheers :)

Ahhh man! Not much worse than back pain is there, I feel ya! Hope that’s sorted before your gravel event 👍
As a taller TT rider myself I'd definitely say give the Speedmax a go with 170mm cranks, game changer for the hip angle!
Cheers - pretty sure I am going to give them a whirl 👍
Feel better and hope she enjoys the power meter... 😅
I am doing a 2 hour zone two ride hopefully
Cheers :) good sesh!
Tell us something about your dayjob, Dan. What do you do apart from training and video creating?
If it was interesting I would 🤣
I think your right, digging a hole isnt going to do you any good getting healthy will. just keep the positive mindset
True that 😬👍
