At 25:38 this is why Tier Lists doesn't matter when the players are not at the highest level... I don't mean to disrespect but it has been super hard for me to learn to appreciate KOF not played at the highest level from LATAM or ASIA, but if a character is strong/weak for something specific that the player maining it can't replicate/abuse it has no sense at all. Being this an offline tournament and watching so many easy confirms not followed, a huge lack of pickup on trades/counters and a high amount of dropped combos and then hearing Hellpockets which has an incredible knowledge about the game at the highest level is something that made the cast hard for even them, or the comments about each character strength/weakness on a matchup be kind of contrasting which what was going on. I am quite an old man already and can't keep up with the champ ranks usually but the difference I see the most even online is how they open me up and how hard it is to open them or punish them, which each Weekly TNS exactly show us with all the mexican players and some NA star like Yurikov, each clean hit and metter is basically "he is dead" whereas here a lot of situations were "Dafuq did he just do?" specially since you can't blame lag and I even on Reynald first two games I was shocked. Well, enough of my rant, only wanted to point how different the game (not only this but many fighting games) are when people talk about the characters and their tier played at the highest level when it starts to go down the road
