“That went right over my head”. Most of his bars did my dude. Once you get used to his music or grow “Eminem ears” it will be easier but you can check genius for lyrics that explain his bars or watch Flawd Tv or Stevie Knight or Knox Hill break down his bars. They’re probably the best at it plus you’re pretty young to understand some of his older references but in the chorus he’s dissing MGK “they come at me with machine guns, it’s like trying to fight off a gnat”. Almost every line in this song is a bar so… keep ya head on a swivel.

If you're getting into Em, go back to Marshall Matters LP, track 2 (first song after the intro skit, although you should listen to that before the track too), Kill You. That track was mindblowingly unheard of 20 something years ago. Then do the track 'Remember Me' from the same album, that one is really insane ! That will let you appreciate & understand his progression better.
