I'm locked into Steam for the franchise and will be sticking to my PC even if any/all of them are ported to the Nintendo Switch, but I'd still love to see it happen.

This is definitely a pleasant surprise. Spark 2 was a very nice transition to 3D, but I'm betting on this game making combat and enemies more meaningful(and not something you just want to skip), and also just fine-tuning stuff in general to be the best it can be. I wish you well on your creative endeavors Lake.

I hope this project is good or even better than it's predecessors. Being it Spark 3 or something else, I don't care which. TBH, I love Spark 1 and 2. But I want to see him progress even further because there's still a lot it can be expanded/Improved upon. I do agree that Spark 1 is in terms of content, bosses, power-ups and some other minor things better than Spark 2, but Spark 2 also does things better than its prequel. Like having a big replay value with the scorerunning, speedrunning and tour modes, consistent optimization, level design not being too long and having more stuff you can find, and the gameplay being fast and fluid and requiring you to use your skills to progress or even break the level for speedrunning purposes and so many other minor stuff. To me, both Spark 1 and 2 have pros and cons and none of them are kinda better than each other. I'm really sad that Spark 2 is getting hate there even though I played the game myself and I don't think it deserves it (though I agree with some of them a bit). But we can't help it, 3D Sonic games usually have that negative stigma around them and they cannot be removed. I wish this next project much luck. But looking at the thumbnail, I think it's also something related to Spark 2. We'll see about that on 7th September in 8 PM. Why Monday of all things, Garfield hates Mondays.

Holy crap, he's got a blowback, a quick landing attack, and a LAUNCHER!! And ENEMIES REACT to the attacks ACCORDINGLY!! We're Devil May Cry now! I'm hoping for more combo depth than with Fark in Spark 2. Spark's more dodge-focused gameplay will definitely be complimented by this increase in control over your enemies! Also, I saw wall running and freefalling... I hope these will help with making aerial movement more fluid! I still haven't gotten used to how Fark's homing attack and dash both consume his double jump, but the double jump doesn't consume the homing attack or dash.
