What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video we are going over one of the best builds in all of Fallout 76, we have the end game Bloodied Explosive Stealth Radium Rifle Build. This build is absolutely insane and can stop any end game boss in their tracks. The weapon I am using is an anti armor explosive Radium Rifle and we also go over that weapon. I thought explosive rad rifles were legacies
When they got rid of legacies, they brought them back
They removed legacy explosive from the pool, then they changed the weapon damage from energy to ‘ballistic and radiation’ as intended and then re introduced the explosive effect to the pool once that change was implemented.
I just got a q5025 radium rifle in a vendor for 8k!! Trying it out

How is your rifle damage 145 and rad dmg 15? I have all r3 commando perk cards and only have up to 98 rifle dmg and 33 rad dmg with prime auto receiver
my best 4 guesses are the demolition expert perk combined with the explosive legendary effect, max adrenaline perk, max nerd rage perk, bloody mess perk, and possibly adrenal reaction, chems are also a given he said he popped psychotats and overdrive so you do all that and you can officially go play GTA Online

@@t.miolis1151 if your a stealth build then the fixer probably will be best
As commando railway and elders mark are the best dps wise when used in vats. Fixer ,handmade and radium weaker and have similar damage.
