Right on Wendy, Great review of camera. I purchased my Neutrino PCM based on your use for my Super Tenere. You are an inspiration to all riders to get out there and peel off the miles. And boy watching you on this video it is no wonder seeing how fit and in shape you are!! I've been thinking of this camera. Hard wire and large memory card is a big selling point for sure. Thank you young lady.

    Wendy,
Excellent video, and a shout out for your IBA rally victory. That's absolutely amazing!
I wish I had watched your video prior to having my INNOVV K5 installed because the one thing I would likely have changed is mounting the rear camera and mic the way you did. That was an excellent suggestion and idea. I may make those changes in the future.
So I just got my bike back and now figuring out how this thing operates. The problem I'm having is syncing the app to my bike. I can't get the unit to sync with my phone. I get to the WLAN function or just go to settings and the INNOVV is not listed... I'm dead in the water, frantically trying to figure this out before I leave for an Alaska venture next week.
The phone number for support is out of the country... so not good. I'm hoping to speak to someone who can help me get this synced. I also need to change the date/time so my photos/videos are time stamped correctly. Any suggestions?
    Thank you,
    Steven

Starting from square one, are you able to see the Innovv listed under your available wifi options? The bike should be powered up, then open the wifi options in your phone and refresh. This will pull up the Innovv option, which you need to connect to. It'll tell you there is no internet connection; that's fine. When that has connected, open the app and you should see all the options there.
Sometimes it's happier if you open the app first, then it will direct you to connect to the Innovv wifi signal, then bounce you back into the app. From there you will be able to change the time, date, resolution settings, the words on the bottom of the footage, etc.
If you're still having trouble, drop me an email with the details & I'll do my best to help!
