Thats a tough track! Narrow and all the entry and exit - hazard! Handled it awesome
it was so crowded and chaotic haha thank you for watching dude!
Damn that track was crazy haha, they really needed to split up into classes. Camera looks good bud, Keep on ripin. Happy New Year
Aye Kev hope you're doing well buddy! Happy New Year 🎉
Still trying to look for what that old bike is, my guess is it's a mid-80's Yamaha 2 stroke so it could be an IT/YZ series. I'll come back if I ever manage to find it.
Edit: FOUND IT! Looks like a late 90's Yamaha RT180
If anyone wants to learn about Jesus Christ reply
My guess was a TTR
Handguards in this cold weather is great. Shields most of the wind. Only time i run them is when it gets colder
Yeah I'll try them out to block the wind thanks man
My son and I love these videos man! Keep it up!
Thanks for watching y'all!
Awesome video as always man. You ripped on the KTM 150 but i think that YZ250F really suits you man. Cant wait to spin some laps with you again .
Thanks man! Maybe 2024 will be our year to ride again haha let's make it happen.
Another sick moto vlog🤘🏼 that track was insane😂
thank you bro it was a busy day for sure 😂
Such a great day to ride, crowded, but love the respect you show Derek.
Hey Derek, been enjoying your vids. I'm just getting started riding dirt at 37 after a lot of years street riding. Feeling slow as hell, but your vids are great motivation to get out there. I'm up near Ashland, VA so I'll be at CC and Robert's a ton this year. Thanks for the content and I hope to see you out on the track.
Everyone has got to start somewhere, I've been riding dirtbikes and motorcycles ever since I was 5 or 6, despite this an 8 year old on a 65 2t will match my pace when I'm riding on my 450. I've only been to the track a couple of times so that could be the culprit. Hope you have fun with your biking hobby!
Cool
👍🏼
Dude you were ripping 🔥
You were looking good out there too!
Homeboy is ripping 🔥
Love your moto vlogs!
thanks for watching them bro!
Chaos!!!!! Aye new camera looks sick.. let’s hope those little issues have gone away!
Place was packed!! what issues? 🤔
Bullying the Suzuki had me dead
Go On Derek!!!
😁🤘🏼
Dayum that camera looks good. Looked like a fun day. Also did that manz have a 90s bike with pink flames on the seat? 😭😭 🔥
rad bike! I wonder what it was
Another Day, Another New year Derek Hallman W!! (Happy new year) !(Day 35)
Happy New Year dude let's keep it rolling!
So I’m trying to learn how to jump. And was wondering since you talk while you ride if you could talk and explain what to do and when to do it in one of your next videos
How’s the yz compared to the 150? My friend just sold his bike and is looking to get a 150sx. Ride a lot of trails and some tracks.
the camera looks great
That’s for uploading
That kid on the Honda 50 100% is on that bike just for fun 😂 cause he’s fast on that
I was shocked at how fast he was scootin around on that thing 😂
this track is so narrow wow
Drop forks in clamps to flush to combat headshake. Will sacrifice some turnability, but its a compromise. Just a thought
thanks for the input man! First I'm going to tighten up my steering stem then I'll practice squeezing harder with my legs haha
Can you make a Video about youre camera settings because these Clips Look awesome!!
Jeff walker has good videos on setting
Yeah I can do that this winter for sure 👍🏼
quality is crispy
extra crispy only 🤌🏼
3rd. Podium 🏆
A respectable finish 👏🏼
Hey I'm looking at a 05 yzf250 in great nick and top end rebuild
For about 1750 usd or 2600 nzd
It's really nice looking and has brand new 2015 plastics and was wondering when I should do top and bottom end
Thanks😊
I love the vid man
Thanks for watching man!
What year is your 250f? I heard the older 2020s are better than the new 2024
Love ur vids
appreciate that man!
The camera looks great!!!! but is it heavy or heavier than the go pro hero 8?
Yeah the new hero12 I'm using is slightly larger and heavier than the hero 8.
All bikes have head shake, some worse than others depending on fork angle. I recommend a stabilizer like Scotts Perf., GPR, or Parabolic. I wouldn't ride without one. Nice video, thanks for sharing 👍.
I'll look into that, thanks dude!
@@DerekHallman look into tightening your steering stem nut under your top triple clamp, if its on a stand it should be pretty hard to turn. I race offroad and dont like stabilizers and theyre also a lot of money lmao so before you dive into one of those give it a try!
Bring your front forks up 5mm for head shake
Thanks for the input man, I'm gonna try just tightening the steering stem nut first 👍🏼
I fell asleep with those sounds
Winter ride? A meter of snow here in sourth Norway
Yeah this is a typical winter day here in coastal Virginia, USA 😎
You got ideas where you might go this weekend
weather doesn't look good this weekend
Didn’t know that until I got home we are not going anywhere to we might go next weekend
Qualität is bitter 🎉
😁👍🏼
Hey how do you like the bike I’m thinking of getting one how you like it
love it, buy one
@@DerekHallman ya I love the 250s and that bike is my dream bike and I kinda wanted some fed back
How much for that blue bike for sale tho.......
You can ride the YZ whenever you want bro! Get back up here and rip it haha
I thought dude was a goner at 1:37
same 😅
Don’t he dumb Derek, just go faster. Also cut the track 😂
DOH
What about 2023 fails and crashes
working on it 👍🏼
Cut the track? Really? 100% douche move
The slower guy in front of me was cross jumping, not clearing the jumps, slowing down purposely to cut me off and just plain riding dangerously. This isn't a race, just open riding on a narrow track with people of all ages on it. If you think me cutting the track for safety reasons is a douche move you 100% have never been on a motocross track.
