Me and the wife used to stay at the Long Bay on 76th Avenue. Now the Grand Cayman! We moved in 2019 to the Carolina Forest area. Couldn't be happier.
Actually one of the more helpful videos I've seen so far. It's hard to get a feel for a place when looking at it online. Stuff like this helps. The t-shirts vs polo shirts comparison gave me a better idea of the vibes than the hours of videos I've watched so far.

@@donttouchmysilver8202 yeah Grande Dunes is definitely GRANDE!! On one of my other videos I toured a penthouse condo in there, it's beyond nice!!! Imagine sitting on your balcony and being eyeball to eyeball with pelicans and seagulls and the only thing you can hear is the ocean below ❤️
I bought a house on 67th ave 0.5 miles from the ocean. I never could of dreamed of this in California where it would be 3-5X the price

It really is very pretty up there, very serene. Was up that way earlier this week dealing with a snafu, almost went wandering on the beach up there and ignored life for a couple hours to try to reset my brain but it was juuuuust cold enough to stop me 🫠🤣👍

I like how you reference New York City compared to Myrtle Beach very interesting because I was born and raised on Long Island in which two of the boroughs of New York City are located on but they don't belong to us they belong to New York City so it's all very different but Myrtle Beach is beautiful❤

In myrtle beach city limits - city bought several older motel properties .. tore down and planning something TBD. They are down by the old pavilion - route 501/kings highway.

I just vame put there april 1st -April 5th 2024 it was 54 degrees out and i still got in the water it was my first time seeing the ocean i had to lol it WAS AMAZING!

I keep looking at mobile homes in Murrels Inlet....do you work with selling mobile homes at all?
The vast majority of them are detitled and are considered real estate, on those I totally can help! The only ones that are untouchable are the ones that still have a title like a car 🙂👍

South point beach, Pawleys Island. That's my favorite beach to go to to get peace and quiet, figured it'd be good to film there because I wouldn't be bugging anyone yammering away on camera 😂👍

@@MangoHomes Most of my family is semi-wealthy. I was just the unlucky one and didn't inherit anything. But I made my own way and did pretty well in life anyway. I just sold a house in Myrtle about a year ago. Looking to buy again within the next year or so, this time it'll be my retirement house.

You did not mention any price ranges in those areas.
Price ranges vary all over the place, it's really hard to pin down one area and say that is luxury area or that is an affordable area because you really can have a luxury area right next to a super affordable area. It's kind of crazy lol!
With that being said, there are some thumb rules that stick: the closer you are to the ocean the more expensive it is, the further away the more affordable. It all depends on what you're looking for.
The best way to go about it to be honest is to narrow down to which part of the beach vibes best for you and then start pinpointing neighborhoods that are in your price range like that. Did that make sense?
