Hi, Daniel- My apologies, I thought I answered previously! From what I understand, they have the potential to build on over a 1000 lots (in phases). If they stay at the pace they are now, they should still have lots, but they will definitely be more expensive if our market/area continues to grow like it is now (and there is no indication it won't).
