When this movie came out there was a dollar movie that showed Footloose for a good year if not longer after it first came out. My lil sister was about 11 or so at the time and my husband and I took her to see this movie at least a 100 times. I truly have the entire movie memorized! Lol This movie speaks to me because I was raised in a very strict Pentecostal Denomination that didn't allow movies or dancing let alone wear jeans! All that would have sent me straight to Hell in their eyes! Lol I LOVE this movie!!

Sonic fans or any video game fan harassed me just for saying that the Mario Bros. movie is the first adaptation of a video game that grossed over a billion dollars. Elvis fans harassed me just for saying that Austin Butler looks a lot like Elvis Presley and after suffering all that I started to dance like that
