I don't know if your a revert like me I came into Islam for the modesty of Islam and for the hijab. Hijab is fard and just look at most of the women in gaza they are covered and why so if Allah takes them they go back to Allah being covered how beautiful is that Suban'Allah.
The correct hijab is the whole body of the woman it's our protection and a statement to the kuffar that says we are Muslim as we look the part but good character should also come with that as if a woman wears the hijab and has bad conducted then who gets the blame for her bad character it's all us Muslims and sadly Islam

Fitnah of women is real and dangerous. Many scholar afraid of talk about women related issue according to quran and hadith. Some scholar even apologies when they mention a hadith or Ayath where criticize women characteristics or advised women.
Ustadh, I would like to offer 1 correction that may help the sisters accept the truth: you are in fact *more* ‘attractive’ when you are dressed with the correct and modest hijab. Rather, the less flamboyant you dress is an indication of your correctness. One is not ugly/unattractive when they dress like Maryam Alayha asalam.
To clarify, the brother meant you shouldn’t look “sexually attractive”. But remember that Allah loves beauty so it’s important to still look clean and presentable. Do not allow yourself to become overweight or neglect hygiene because Allah dislikes these things. Muslim men and women must look clean and presentable but not sexually enticing. Allah knows best. ❤

@@Rosyrasul4654 you’re confusing beautiful with sexually attractive. A tree is beautiful but not sexually attractive. You can be covered male or female and follow Sunnah without being ugly.

I think the point here is that the woman’s beauty i.e her facial features, mannerisms, the way she carries herself etc. makes it very possible to still be attractive to other men. This may be why many women go the extra mile with nikab/burqas etc. But only the covering of everything but the hands & feet is mandatory. Being presentable is what a Muslim should adhere to, and it is the intention that matters at the end of the day. All believers should aim to please Allah swt only in all of our endeavors. & Allah knows best.

Someone (female) in the past told me. It's not what's on the head but what's in the heart. But Allah says in the Quran a woman should cover everything except face and hands.
Ignore what that female said I know her kind. If she still agrees with what she told you then she should say that when she is standing in front of Allah. We are not expert in understanding the quran, zoud is expert in explaining the quran thats why sometimes we are guilty that we cant obey the teaching of quran. Its a total shame pretending to be religious if you cant, just a normal being wanted to interact.

Everyone looks the same and that’s not a head turner like the fancy colored hijabs others wear. Black is also a protection from heat contrary to what people think about white clothes. Also in the dust of the desert black can get dirty, if dirty with dust it is not as noticeable as white clothing would be. Just my thoughts.
