    Just started last week. Got a neutral shoe. (Brooks Ghost 15). Tomorrow is another run day.

    Hi Taren! I am a bodybuilder/powerlifter but also love to run and want to train for half marathon, i have built my runs to 12k, but I was wondering where to place my runs around my heavy leg training (i usually run 2x and hike 1x for the reduced impact cardio during the week)

    Hi Taren, I like this approach very much! Can you do this for couch to 20 km Time Trial for cycling, either? There are many cycling tipps for advanced athletes, but very few for absolute beginners in cycling. That would be great!

    hi! for saturdays what about people like me that just lives in a huge city? I don't have trails like that unless I travel outside the city 1 hour by car haha BUT I do live near a very long steep street, would that work?
