I listen to these guys and wonder.... Pollard is basically Paul McCartney if he'd been born a bit later. The difference is Paul ran out of gas shortly after the Beatles. Pollard may slow down a bit at times, but it's just so he can pick up speed later.
@@GamerCall Sure, I get it. Gave you a thumbs up on it. Paul definitely wrote a very wide range of material. Much wider and more profound than Bob. I guess I was thinking in the vein of Bob being an outrageous pop machine; like Paul. Of course, Bob doesn't have too many Martha My Dear or Silly Love Tunes to his credit (or should I say to his detriment). That said, it was definitely over the top to mention McCartney. It's sort of the musical equivalent to folks in politics who compare opposition politicians to Hitler. Spot on GamerCall!!!
@@GamerCall He’s written more good songs than Paul, not as many popular songs (which is great for Paul but who gives a fuck), so I think the comparison is spot on. My McCartney best of doesn’t have anywhere close to 300 songs on it . Bob’s definitely does and that’s omitting another 200 or so.
Best American band ever!
Awesome build up to the end !!!
Macca has never sounded better!
The perfect "Day Before the 'Rapture' " soundtrack!
Bob loves the Beatles for sure...
Pretty cool. Glad to have heard it now. Thanks a lot.

As much as I love Bob, he ain't no Paul McCartney
