i didn't get the part (1:41) about the summation sir. sum E, sum D, sum h, sum cp are taken, why not sum HD?

We know the values of blood pressure and heart disease
In the first case
Heart disease and blood pressure both are true
In the second case
Heart disease is false and blood pressure is true
The values other variables is not known, hence we take the summation

If you add the both the normalized probabilities you will get 1.
