One of the biggest tells is the eye contact...Anyone else notice this? Look at Olivia + Zoe. DC's speak with a lot of authority but do not always hold eye contact. The focus is on what is being said, not whether or not we are emotionally connecting to the other person.
DC here, I definitely feel that "staccato-legato" thing you mention. I am someone who tries to be very accurate in the way I phrase things and have been told by people around me I have an interesting inflection pattern when I talk. Like I'll say something, pause, continue that thought, pause..and they're not sure if I'm gonna continue or that was it, lol. Also the slight trance thing and having a bit more rigidity than looseness in my gestures. Ofc not every DC's going to be the same but interesting how much I do actually resonate with that stuff :)
This is such a spot-on analysis. I’ve been told that I’m emphatic when I speak, especially when I’m very passionate about a topic. But there is the “soft” withdrawal you pointed out which is subtle but definitely there. Exceptional analysis!
The way you described the cadence as almost like a typewriter! No one's ever been able to give such an apt description. Mostly my tempo just seems to confuse people about whether I'm going to finish my sentence haha. Thank you for this! Also, it helped when you said in a diff vid to dress for your body type, not your face.
I have been trying to figure out if I am a soft classic, classic or dramatic classic, but after watching your video it really helped me find the missing piece. It is a whole aura as you mentioned and I am clearly a dramatic classic as I have always had more graceful, yet sharp movements and that cadence you are referring to. Thank you!
These are so fun to watch and I realized that you could probably tell someones Kibbe type by their movement and mannerisms without even thinking much about their body type.
Glad you're having fun watching these little patterns I've noticed :) and yes, it definitely raises the question about someone's energy and if that ultimately creates their body or if the body creates the energy!
@@thealignedlover are you considering doing a video on your background and how you found these patterns? I think you have a real world insight here that is entirely accurate and also intuitive. Thank you for sharing your observations Nona.
Watching your mannerisms videos I can clearly see I'm much closer to DC than FN, especially in the hands and head movement. Very useful, thanks for this video.
I first thought I was a Classic and then a Gamine and now I've finally settled on being a Dramatic Classic and this video actually helped me consider that because the mannerisms are so like me it's almost scary. I still doubt my final results but everytime I search further about Dramatic Classics and what looks good on them I realise when I've followed those guidelines, unknowingly of course because I had no idea about the kibbe system, thats when I look and feel my best and I'm so glad I've found my type because it was beginning to be very confusing and almost discouraging to the point where I nearly gave up, I know that sounds a little dramatic (pun intended) but I'm on a journey of rediscovering myself as a grown woman, I'm 24 and I want to look it now and really be comfortable being me from the clothes I wear to my personality. So thank you for making this video because it really did help in finding my final result ❤️
I'm an ENTJ Dramatic Classic with Virgo Ascendant and Venus in Leo. When I'm relaxed, I talk like Olivia Munn, and when I'm excited I talk like Diane Krüger. This was fascinating!
wow, that is really interesting! Diane Kruger is definitely more Yang looking than Olivia Munn (especially before all of Olivia's surgeries) so the mellow vs excited makes total sense :)
Lol ENTJ-A and dramatic classic here too, Aries rising, Saturn in the 1H, Capricorn Venus right on my midheaven in Capricorn (which are also known for being very classic and traditional too)
All those examples, I am a DC, and I do move my shoulders, hands like them. And my friends said they were afraid to look at me in the eyes :)) even tho I don't always hold eye contact for every time I talk to someone
New sub here! This is fascinating, exploring the connection between body type and gesture. It makes sense that one's gestures would naturally eminate from their bodies/essences. I believe I'm a Classic but am a bit confused because I get more compliments when I wear Soft Dramatic lines and my face is more SD. From this video I know I'm definitely not DC!Please do C and SD gestures too. Maybe I can narrow this down! 💕
omg I laught so hard 😂 I had an interview a long time ago I talked just like this, explaining with hand gestures, pausing . it's so funny, but I think you just help me confirm my body type. Thanks 🙏🦋
@@thealignedlover This isn't the only thing I'm basing on (still trying to figure out if I'm a natural or classic category), but your observations have a point; if we are basing this off of our bone/muscular structure, then our bodies (including facial expressions) will to an extent reflect the musculature and skeletal structures we come in.

yes, the inflection is so interesting and distinct! thanks for the thoughtful comment :)
This explains my neck pains🤣
😂 DC therapeutic facial/neck massage video coming soon!
@@thealignedlover 😅 that would be amazing 💜

Yay, so glad it resonated :) and yes, shifting the focus to the body just makes style a bit more clear and manageable!
I'm a DC and I can definitely relate! Plus Olivia is a very Dramatic Classic name lol!
It seems to be THE DC name ha. So glad it resonated :)

As a DC I feel very seen
I def feel like I’m channeling when I speak.
Love to hear that :)
this further confirmed for me that i'm a dramatic classic! thank you for your amazing in depth work!
Glad you enjoyed it!

That is so interesting! Thanks for the kind words!
So accurate. I have a recording of myself on a work conference call and observed every single point mentioned in this video
That is so cool to hear!

Totally my sister! I’ve been observing her and even before this I thought Dramatic Classic. But this just takes the cake and confirms it!

I find these analyses so interesting!!!! Thank you! 🖤
Glad you like them!
Confirms one more time that I'm definitely a dramatic classic :D
A super fun style type!
this is literally like my cousin. I really think she's a dc and I think this video confirmed it. Thanks, Nona! ✨
I'm so glad!

Check my playlist I have an SD gestures video :]
Yes, it is always so important to take these general patterns with a grain of salt and focus on unique, individual expressions :)
I’m a soft classic and we are definitely very different!
Yes, can't wait to make the video on SC so the contrast will show beautifully!
So interesting! Totally identify...

That's really cool to hear :)
Can’t wait to see the mannerism one on soft classics! It’s my type and I feel it’s the least talked about sometimes ☺️
It is coming up very soon!
Yes this is me to a T 😆
i love hearing that!
❤💕
what do you think about this one : ua-cam.com/video/IUku7Jzs0wc/v-deo.html
I think she's a DC but she looks more smooth to me...
Based on this, I might be dramatic classic and not soft natural...
I wouldn't base body type off of mannerisms as these are just observations of common gestures :)

ah yes, thanks for clarifying. that makes total sense. i just really don't want to give off the impression that i am typing based off of gesture :)
is Lana Del Rey a DC?
Hmmmm I know she isn't verified but if you look at photos of her at various weights, I think she is more of a SN.
@@thealignedlover i def see that, shes too broad to be a classic. Atleast I was (kinda) close! For some reason the way she smiles reminds me of DC
She’s a Flamboyant Natural.
omg this is so me lol
