27:49 yes candicate can file election from from more than one consituency but maximum 2 according to( pra) 1996 but if elected on both seat in one house need to vacant one within 14 days if not done than both seat will we taken ex in 2024 election rahul gandi filed election from wayand in kerala and up's rai barelli
