I have been enjoying repeated listenings of this video and appreciate it more each time. Herr Doktor Karosi ingeniously uses a theme from a JS Bach Passion in Variatio III. Bravissimo!
If only someone could notate this and post the sheets somewhere, his harmonies are.. simple, yet complicated. Wonderful. It would take a while, sadly my hearing is not capable of doing this. Maybe Balint can help us out? Id pay for it :D Greetings from Germany!
That is a beautifull hymn and a beautifull organ. It's based is quite medieval in sounds.. but is however what Bach another would have been used too .It would. Be very good for the.congregation to follow.and.sing well.too

MOST BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ how comforting and encouraging in these trying times! So good to remember God reigns...nevertheless....and one day all will be good! J.S. Bach was only able to make such great music because of “the blessed hope” he had in Christ! Thanks again ...by playing this music you preach the good news of hope in God!
If only the lieber Gott would enable us all to improvise like this! A perfect fusion of chorale + organ(builder) + player. Light in the darkness of Covid lockdown! Thank you from Sydney Australia
Second set of variations on the same organ. I enjoyed the trio, the canon and the ending fugue. Very imaginative in your styles and your structural concepts. Your registrations served the parts well. And yes! I got my camera shaking reeds! Awesome stuff Balint. Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce this video and share it with us.
Beautiful-sounding instrument, precise and pleasant playing, soothing hymnal melody, masterful recording. Fantastic! This organ certainly has an impressive selection of nasal registers, and you have combined them so well.
I might be a pianist but I pray and practice to attain a level of skill like yours at my own instrument. Keep up the amazing work Balint ❤️much love and appreciation.
Wonderfully done. Thank you. Your improvisational work is among my favorites. The score gives the basis of the music, theme and timing. The musician then runs with this and provides interpretation which may change with each performance, instrument and registration. Unlike other musician who play the same instrument always, the organist must adapt to an unfamiliar instrument he or she is playing perhaps for the very first time. These factors taken in total make your performances so wonderful and enjoyable to me. Keep doing what your doing. It is very much appreciated.
The most parlous thing these days is university professors telling us that truth is an impossibility. What Mr. Karosi gives us here, thank God (or danke Gott) is audible truth.
The Professors are wrong your conscience and the Bible are right😊 that’s why every sunset 🌅 “speaks” the beauty of nature “speaks”....the music of Bach deeply touches our hearts! God bless you 🌟
I noticed that you are using baroque pedalling technique (i.e. no heels) here - do you always do that when improvising or only when you improvise in baroque style?

Balint, you improvize with the precision of a sewing machine. I could think you repitize a triosonata or any „notenbuchlein“. Congratulations for your talent! And thank you for sharing!

It was nice scenery with the lake and trees, but when the titles of European classical music start being given in an Asian script, it makes me think the worlds' masterpieces will soon begin to be erased by worlds of self mutated self-destructive humans.

One of the great hymns and such an awesome group of improvisations, on a beautiful instrument. I love your style!

Incredible if so
Köszönöm a föltöltést!

Beautiful 🌹💝
Every organ I've heard in which Ralph Richards had a hand has been exquisite. This one is no exception.

Parfait. Bravo ! Très agréable à vous écouter et à vous voir jouer.
Love this; love that organ. Lots of useful 16’ manual stops. Unique modern design and voicing.

Just enchanting ! This organ has fascinating sounds, & Mr Karosi creates excellent registrations.

Where does the camera shake when the reeds are being played?
Master Bach looks Download Frommenhausen heaven and says: "Not another crab (Johann Ludwig Krebs) in my creek, it's a lobster."
I see that the Baroque Vox Humana is a lot squawkier than it is on theater and Romantic organs.
7:45 Sietze de Vries inspired ? ;)
how did you have the Gedact 8' on the pedal from the HW but it wasnt on the manual
It was coupled from the SW not the HW.

You need an organ duel with Sietze de Vries!

He's a view years older. BTW If you're looking for revanche, He, you and all of use would have a blast.
