- As Kendrick Lamar just released a new Drake diss track out of nowhere that people are calling Black Air Forces, he has shocked the rap world with one of his most important songs yet as he says things that will change the future of hip hop as we know it...
Less about Drake, more about the Industry. I feel like it's only about the Industry and the state of Hip Hop in general.
I agree with you. Still, I Drake gets the stray shots in the layered entendres because he represents the industry. But yeah, overall it's not a Drake diss per say but, about the industry and the rappers like Drake that don't represent nor uphold the culture.
Facts less about Drake and more about the industry.
Definitely, but I did catch one stray for Drake in there. The industry needs dismantling and a revival
this should be top comment
Pin this NOW. Kendrick saved hiphop
It's not at drake, it's at the whole culture or "the party".
Exactly some of these reviewers are so thirsty
PARTY AT THE PARTY PLAYING WITH HIS PARTY NOW!🥳🥳🥳
It is ABSOLUTELY about Drake! Did you even listen to the song?
Yes, Kendrick does present themes of the culture. But who is the culture vulture? Drake. Drake is the problem and Kendrick clearly references Drake multiple times within the first few bars. 😂😂😂
@@martini7454 party still at the party playing with his party though…
@@martini7454 it's both , rapper and the suit and tie.
Kendrick's black air force energy is overflowing like he's Broly 😂😂😂
Kendrick be like: “My hatred is rising, overflowing!!!” 😤🤣
Holy glazing. Drained his nut sack
His power is really maximum
real haters are hiding behind keyboards tbh
I love this beef really got people using all the anime references
Kendrick got me out here drinking water, going to bed at a reasonable time, & reconnecting with my father. I genuinely love this man!
Kendrick got you to do that before your father... Wow
@@TheReesejrhow can his father do that when their not connected with him?
Dead ass. Mr. Morale got me back in the right direction.
@@TheReesejrsometimes you won’t connect directly with your father but you connect with him thru someone instead, a vessel
Kindve annoying how some people are painting this as a drake diss. This is an industry diss. It’s like some people just listen to music for beats and don’t pay attention to lyrics.
Did you listen to the lyrics?! Kendrick directly references Drake in the first few bars multiple times.
And yes it is also about the culture of hip hop and Drake’s entourage. But who is the problem in the culture? The Culture Vulture, Drake.
This bro & just bc he mentioned “party” doesn’t mean PND. He using the party as a metaphor for artists who’ve contributed to the staleness & soulless-ness of hip hop over the years. I think ppl tend to forget that everyone was saying “hip hop is dead” way before the beef. It took someone with enough pull to step up & care about the art aside from numbers. Mans said “no round 2s”, it wouldn’t make sense for him to continue sneak dissing when he already name dropped and got Drake out the way💯
It's both, but it's not intentional. Drake catching all the straits lol.
@@khii.golivetvit could also be political as well!!
lol this channel makes literally everything about Kendrick v drake, no way he was talking about anything else when this dropped
“If the shoe fits, wear it!” This song is for anyone… especially the industry, including Ak and Mal.
I also felt that this was a "if the shoe 👞 👟 fits" kinda track
Kendrick is for the people
The people are for Kendrick
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯💯💯💯💯🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
REAL SHIT
Only the delusional and meat riding people are on drake's side.
W!
Dot was clearly talking to the industry if anyone with any brain cells would understand that 😂
Then again. Drake did catch like one stray in there too.
FACTS
The first verse was about drake and people like him
I agree. People are so thirsty to hate on drake now smh. All these pudits do deep dives & so confidently talk about what drake or kendrick "really mean" like they have them on speed dial. Grifters gonna grift.
"AK got a weird case, why is he around?"
Ak is a weird case
Next video title: "How Drake will never recover from Kendrick Lamar..."
This is not a platform to come to if u a drake fan 😂
And how it will change hip-hop forever
We need him vs AK 😂😂
Unironically true though
I think he already made one of them already 😅
This isn't about Drake its about the state of the culture & his frustration with it
this is NOT a diss track aimed at drake..
kendrick is done talking to drake. no round 2s
This is an epilogue… we should be getting the album soon hopefully
Drake Stan’s hating on the song just cause they can’t pop ass to it 😂
Aren't people still c walking across the country to Not Like Us?
DeadAss
This channel is a Kendrick echo chamber, they'll eat any slop he puts out.
@@danielsommers4191 and yet here you are 😂 Don’t worry Drake is doing another song with Sexyy Red real soon

7:19 Lecrae and Dee1 are both christian rappers. They do not embody opposing forces. Please do your homework. Praying for Dot. The crown is heavy indeed.
Drake should just retire😂
It's not a drake diss...
I agree. He had his time.

“Dear Aubrey I know you probably thinking I wanted to crash ya party”
All the Drake stans saying Kendrick can’t move on proves they didn’t listen to the song lol
You even had to mention Drake in a comment 😂 the power of Drizzy
@979djyoungc you guys won't let it go though 😢
@@979djyoungc so that I could make my point? Yeah lol
3 years of a UA-cam career dedicated to Hip-hop, yet you can't even notice how this isn't about Drake but about the industry...
Dot is today’s 2Pac
Amen
like it or not , kendrick is bigger and better
Agreed
I agree . An ignorant rapper that made black people look bad
@HatchettTheGreat you know you're wrong man
Dee-1 is also a faith based rapper who called out Rick Ross and meek mill for using their platform to still make negative music. He isn’t really a battle rapper😅 he’s actually a teacher at Harvard too. He’s more like a prophet in the Bible who is challenging the politics of a nation and being ignored
Dee-1 and Lecrae are both Christian rappers
When Kendrick said time to watch the party die he was talking about the diddy party 😂
Kendrick Madara Duckworth came back to fight against the corrupted rap alliance
Man was up all night making this video. You be ON IT 😂😂😂
he don’t let up i fw this nigga 😂😂😂 he up there wit kendrick
Drake gotta lay low for a while
I thought of Adin ross with the influencer line
IT could be akademiks again :)since kendrick also has him in sight
Dj akademiks also
I REPEAT THAT SONG ISNT A DISS TO DRAKE ITS AIMED AT THE INDUSTRY
Kendrick definitely snapped on that black forces song tho he was speaking some facts for sure 💯🔥
Will this man ever stop? I hope not.
This has got to be the worst take on the track I’ve ever heard… it’s not about Drake 🤦🏾♂️
Can't get the numbers unless you mention Drake, no Brainer, unfortunately Kendrick name or music alone doesn't move algorithm
@979djyoungc It does, but sadly, people are using it in the wrong way.
This isn’t a Drake diss. It’s much deeper. He’s speaking on the state of rap/industry and trying to bring it back to the essence what it was meant to be. Paving the way forward for real artist with real subject matter to thrive. Thinking it’s simply a Drake diss is disingenuous to the underlying message in the song
Black Air Force energy on 9/11 is some next level stuff
We need this song on UA-cam and Spotify! This is real hip hop straight bars in this one!
This song is about everything that’s wrong with the industry. It just so happens to be that Drake and Ak are a part of the problem
Listening to this song to the backdrop of the VMAS and how some artists are responding to the superbowl announcement gives this a new meaning.
It's a bit bothersome to only see this through the lens of the Drake beef alone. He's making more of a general commentary along with Drake.
Kendrick is the Boogeyman.
This Is for the culture.
I don't even think its about Drake at all anymore
I do not believe kendrick will drop an album anytime soon, he's just putting the industry in check until everyone gets the message lmao
the shoes look like black air forces. the energy got to kendrick
2:57 That bar had nothing to do with Future.. he’s saying the industry can’t see THE future, as in he’s cleaning up the mess that the INDUSTRY feeds the people and creating a new future..
We gotta do better if we gon dissect HipHop lyrics
This aint the start of round 2 this is still the beatdown from round 1
“MR DRIZZY, THEY DROPPED A SECOND WAVE OF DISSES”
Idk if Dee-1 is a battle rapper, never heard him battle. but he’s also a Christian rapper too
No ovhoes around great day 😂
I’m betting the song is “untitled” be it would’ve been “the heart part 6”. Kendrick usually drops one of them before an album. We all know why he can’t really use the name anymore, therefore it isn’t titled. Just my guess. Hopefully this means we are getting a new album.
Drake needs a fake beef with someone he can beat, maybe that will give him a good push to build back his battle credibility.
Drake was never a battle Rapper, lyricist, or freestyle Rapper. Drake never had credibility by using a team of ghostwriters, stealing other people's lyrics, flow, styles, or whole songs☮️
@@allyzm1027the same Drake that out rapped y’all goat but all he did was throw a nasty accusation that was a guaranteed win the public eye
Nah Kendrick really on some Thanos shit
Everyone is misunderstanding the meaning of the song, it's a critic to the state the industry is in. It just so happens that Drake embodies a lot of it.
💯🎯
This is not aimed at drake. It's about the industry.
This feels like it's more towards the culture and Hip Hop is the party.
Dropping it on Instagram was a statement ! I always said the beef was bigger than just the two them hating each other. It’s going to influence the music that comes in the near/far future. Be prepared for a new generation of actual talented artist !!!!
I think people are so hungry for a Drake diss that they aren’t being logical.
I wish influencers and reactors would stop labeling things as diss tracks to Drake,it cheapens the meaning of the whole thing, this is a call to our culture to take a look at what we have become, this is exactly what dots talking about, narratives being pushed to instigate division, allowing carnivores into the culture that are just there to make money and dip.
Nah you off the mark on this one...this is NOT just to Drake...it is also to EVERYONE who uses The Culture, the industry, youtubers, influencers, other rappers, culture vultures and so on and so forth...
This definitely isnt a drake diss lmfao. This track is about the industry. But i wouldnt expect this mf to understand that
Kendrick addressed everyone in Drake's immediate family with "Meet The Grahams," but on his latest diss, he's only doing subliminals? Okay. 😂
Drake, AK and others… gonna have to move different 😤
Hey Influencers!! Kendrick is talking to y'all😮 NOT A DRAKE DISS ...
3:35 correction: Dee 1 isn’t a battle rapper. He’s a lowkey a Christian rapper just like Lacrae. Maybe you were thinking of Daylight?
drake wanted a round 2, kendrick gave him a round 2. drake fans cannot possibly be mad rn. he wanted it, he got it
This isn't even a Drake diss
if i hear one more person say this is about drake. we don't need to be a narcissist for him. replace "drake" with 80% of corporate rap in 2024 and you get it.
Dee-1 isn't a battle rapper though...he raps the Gospel too
this was his The Heart Part 6
Why does all these hip hop folks want this to be a drake diss so damn bad
y'all need to get out of this "beef" state of mind. this is not about drake. this is about the industry. stop being so beef obsessed. he's making a larger industry point smfh.
I like how it’s not even the song he teased, it’s entirely different
This entire experience has seemed like a graphic novel or movie. This beef was like seeing The Joker not only beat Batman. But he unmasked him and showed the world who he really is. Aubrey Graham. Thats crazy.
Guys I have a question.''What does Kendrick's victory against Drake mean to hip-hop culture?'' I want your honest, long and coherent answer (I don't want a comment like ''lol Drake glazer'' because I don't like Drake that much.) so don't be biased and think for yourself, thank you in advance)
That answer is more of a to each his own answer. People who really are for the culture and essence of hip hop are saying that Kendrick victory is the elimination of the cosplayers like akademiks and all those who never been of the culture. He tired of the fake shit in the industry as a whole.
The answer is there never wasnt any Kendrick fans this whole beef people who like Drake and the people that don't like Drake nothing more. Kendrick is just the best tool people could use against the OVO machine. When Drake can finally get Kendricks name unattached to his algorithm then Kendrick will fade back to black like its been since Swimming Pools 2013. Notice no one talks about his music or how much they like it. Just a bunch of trolling Drake. Good thing is I'm glad everyone knows what a Pulitzer Award is 😊
@DatNinjaREDD you think c walking is rap culture?
@979djyoungc I been a fan of Kendrick since 2013. And I am over 35 so please just be an adult and move along. All that childish shit I ain't with it. And according to some people I know from the Westcoast C walking is apart of their culture.
@DatNinjaREDD yea I totally believe you!! If that helps you. 😕😒
What a dope ass break down it absolutely excited me that HIP HOP might have a fighting chance to return to it's essence!
I personally dont think this is a Drake diss. Idk how yall finding the shots at Drake but to me, Kendrick's speaking about the current state of the music industry, hiphop, and even social media.
It’s at the industry as a whole… not a Drake diss but def some shots or references but it’s definitely to the industry and the goofy dick riders that surround him… he’s tearing all this shit down or as he said in 6:16 “The industry is cooked as I pick the carcass apart” Super Bowl is the grand finale for these goofys
This is not a drake diss this is a industry warning shot
He's undoing what the industry has done since the mid 90's. Drake embodies all of those things which is why people think this song is about him.
Dee-1 is a Christian rapper as well. Not sure about the battle rap part. Additionally LaCrae stated in a recent interview that Kendrick is a product of the culture and Drake is a fan of the culture. Drawing a line similar to what Dot does in the song.
This is what leaders do. This is how legacies are solidified.
Was waiting for my daily Kendrick feed
“kendrick just changed hiphope forever 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯💦💦💦”
IMO the song was about the whole industry, not Drake alone, tho he does get some shots. He released as the VMA's dropped so we'd all be dissecting his lyrics rather than watching the spectacle dog and pony show.
This dude hates Drake like he did something to him 😂
The notion that Drake has had below par music since the a$$ whoppin got me thinking. Is it that Drake has been been making such average music that made us accept it as the standard of rap because of the low bar that was set? Or, is it that his music became distasteful because now we look more into his lyrics than we did before because of the weirdo tendencies that were exposed during this beef? Even his old music when I listen to it now, I just cant feel the same way I used to before this beef started.
That future bar is so crazy
The Grammy/Pulitzer prize winning 2025 SuperBowl headliner is taking on the industry!
Kendrick has made it clear he is no longer shucking and jiving for the master.
one of the best analytical essays on this song I seen
r u white?
Wow. Talk about a complete misread of a song. The song isn't about Drake. it's about what's wrong with the music industry in general, hip hop in particular and the need to clean house. "I've been in this industry 12 years and I'll tell you one little secret..." Now he's putting everyone on notice that the jig is about to be up.
💯🎯
This is not a Drake diss. This is a industry diss
Kendrick is here to clean up the industry.
I hate when people labeled his new song as "Drake diss" instead of "Industry Diss". I know he giving Drake a light jab, but the song is not all about Drake.
I'm a Kendrick fan, but saying this song as Drake diss is mad glazing and I think Fantastic hip-hop is Kendrick glazer
Kendricks artistry has reached ultra instinct levels😂
Fantastic hip hop the biggest kendrick meat rider on yt I swear, listen to this man glaze this track after kendrick said no round twos, lol kendrick been back pedaling the whole battle "I'm the biggest hater" "I don't have a hating bone in my body" wipe your mouth bro the song is mid n only dropped it to get the barbz off his back from the whole wayne superbowl thing
Why the fuck is everyone thinking this track is about drake. The industry geez 😮
Dee 1 is also a Christian rapper from New Orleans. Like Kendrick, for his whole career has been challenging the impact hip-hop has on minority communities and how it is in direct contrast to the bible in its message of unity. Kendrick is most likely referencing Dee-1, because for the past year or two Dee-1 has been some "beef' of his own with some bigger rappers like Meek Mill and Rick Ross. The beef was over Dee challenging these figures that say they are about reform in the black communities (i.e. Prison Reform, drug use, gun violence, etc.), but at the same time glorifying all those things in their music. Same as Kendricks line in the Savior "Yeah, heroes looking for the villains to help. I never been sophisticated, saving face. Being manipulative, such a required test. I rubbed elbows with people that was for the people. They all greedy, I don't care for no public speaking." So I think the comparison is more between how he and Dee-1 approach for what is right way to fix the community. Dee-1 trys to make the artist and audiance aware of how thet're being distructive so they can change as a unity and compassion, while Kendrick (in a very public fashion) wants to burn it all down and start over.
Not a drake diss!
Can we just say that Jay-Z wanting Kendrick and not Lil Wayne is part of a bigger plot? I feel like they’re having against K. Dot.
2:00 i think he’s saying it’s time to watch the party die since drake already confirmed a collab album with party next door.
