Doing this almost makes the original plant seem cheaper doesn't it? I often justify this to myself when spending in other shops especially if there's a free gift with the purchase of two products! Asters are cracking little plants at this time of the year. Mine isn't flowering at the moment but it will soon. I always like it with the Rudbeckia and I think you have that combination too. Hope you're both enjoying the sunshine. As you said, back to all the watering! Enjoy the rest of the week. xxx
Your so right Wendy, I try and choose plants that look like they have good propagation potential then the cost of the plant can be justified by how many new plants it will produce. These were only £7 each from the Wollerton plant fair and are quite substantial plants so a real bargain. We just love asters too. We look forward to them as we get to this time of year. Your right we do have rudbeckia close by but i think last year it might have been closer to the aster (we shifted things about in spring). We will be needing some more to go with this aster too now! It's been great weather but too hot to spend too long in the sun. I did a little project yesterday with the hydrangeas in the shade so a new video comming up about this. Take care for now xxxx
You're mad about gardening, but I'm mesmerized by and crazy about your accent, which comes directly and energetically from a throat of unique nature, and a voice of such an angelic kind derived from a childlike nature-loving soul. Happy gardening and sharing, our gentleman. Full stop.

Thank you so much 😃 it's great to hear from you. Glad that you loved our video.
Great timed video just buy two day myself so going ti give it a go tomorrow 👍...
Thanks David, that's great. Happy propagating. 👍
I just bought 2 of this aster! Mine are tiny, though, so I won’t be propagating it this year
Give them time, they will grow pretty quick once established and then you can get propagating!
