i also let my piggies out to runaround,as they are more active out of the cage, glad to see you are kind to these lovely creatures.i put a bit of toilet tissue down in the cage to help soak up the wee, to look after the pads of the piggies feet and change it when i see its wet.
Those two are sooo adorable ♥️♥️♥️ I really would like to let my piggies run around like that (we have 3 - one male two female) but they keep peeing in corners or right on my floor… how do you solve this problem? Can one do something about this? Thanks a lot in advance ❤ Sabine
My boys also pee and poop everywhere. I noticed that pigs only jump when they feel safe. When I let them out of the enclosure, the piglets look around for a few minutes. And only then do they begin to rejoice and jump. Most often, pigs jump under the table. They probably feel safe there.

I don't trust ours not to do this, so we put down a sheet of vinyl and set up a playpen with some absorbent mats in it.
