I used your method of searing the vegetables in the cast iron and putting them in the oven….the difference in flavour from my usual method was marked. Love your videos. The last piece of meat I ate on purpose was Thanksgiving 2021(ordered an impossible burger from a local restaurant but I got the cow version) that's how you accidently eat meat. I found out I can no longer digest it. 1 bite of meat takes me out of commission for about 2-3 days. Finding your videos has made me enjoy food again. I seen the wicked kitchen stuff in the grocery store which is what got me to watch the first video. Glad I found you before that was taken off. I seen many dishes I was interested in while at the grocery store. Unfortunately, my hubby had a massive heart attack in 2022 and can't eat the grocery store meals, but I can find a recipe here and not use as much salt. My greatest find on your channel is the way you cook mushrooms. I started pressing my mushrooms and eating them like they were meat.(portobello only so far) I cant wait to try it with lion's mane. I think i will end up having to grow my own though. Anyway thanks for the videos #castironrules

I love this dish, I’m using the grill on my bbq because it’s so hot lately. A lot of this can be grilled quickly and I can make rice and chickpea mixture ahead of time. Looks super filling too.

I’ve been a vegetarian for 54 years (and still got cancer🙄) so watching all the amazing veggie recipes is wonderful. Unfortunately, chemo absolutely kills your taste buds😡

Nice to have non soy vegan recipes! We can’t eat it at all - makes us physically I’ll. I think it is American Soy that has been modified to include herbicides in it. Thank you for making this dirty hippie so happy with realistic and sophisticated recipes.
