Firstly I wanted to thank you for opening up. I suffer since 25 yrs from mainly depression and anxiety. I am proud that you have been so honest and I’m sure that you helped a lot of people; we think we are alone. Social media only shows the perfect life …. So thank you again Gabi and remember we are all here for each other. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪
Well said 👍
❤💗🤗🙏
Love and light!
We all suffer from anxiety....you are not alone.
Social media is the worst, ex pat women have been absolutely lethal to me.
@@georgiacampbell8260
The secret is not do do any social media.
I get funny looks & remarks when I answer someone 'I don't do Facebook etc etc' but the people who do so, have nothing good to say about such.
I'm totally free in my own mind, without such negatives.
Do it, you'll not regret it.
Hey mate, I know you say you struggle with anxiety. You're a chill dude and your videos are really calming to watch when I have negative thinking.
Same here. We have to remind us that there will be always up & downs. But after a low we will see the sun again. I promise. I’m 25 yrs in …
Well said guys.
Also we must always remember, any dark times of depression or negative thoughts are only temporary, they always subside & the good times come again.
I glad to hear that 🙏🏻
Just caught up,with you again after several months away. We went to Goa many years ago, and remember how annoying it was to go on the beach, the beach sellers never stopped coming along the beach, it’s was exhausting. Nice to see Goa again, but we prefer Thailand.
@@keepitreal1547 I beat anxiety and am now in a good place for last 2 years! Mindfulness and Meditation did the trick for me! Just wanted to let you all know that its possible to beat this!
At least, even with depression and anxiety, you are still traveling, making UA-cam videos, and living life. I'm just lying on the couch.
Wish you the best.
I was also stuck on the couch until 1 month ago, but I had to break that cycle, because it was getting darker and darker.
I am not saying it’s easy and I feel very privileged to be able to pack my bag and travel.
But doing something again, moving my body and keeping my brain busy has been very beneficial.
I wish you the best 🙏🏻

If you ever come back to Kata Phuket, I am photographer, and also have a little amsterdam style cafe, would love to have a chat. Keep up the great content mate, I only discovered your channel a few weeks ago but it's good stuff, and I can relate to what you say about mental health. Much love dude and safe travels!
A Banyan tree for those who don’t know about it, it’s a often seen as a sacred tree, its massive roots overflows outward making a beautiful powerful tree. By saying that, the roots are very strong making it almost impossible to fall done due to strong winds and/or rain power. This is sadly the negative side of Goa in the recent year, people buying land and destroying the natural beauty of what was once Goa.
this is what I don't understand. Who would want to destroy that tree? Some people don't seem to like humans being free and happy.
it fell over in monsoon storm bro they tried to fix it a little bit but sadly it seems they didnt manage @@DanglyLingham
very true about the negative part. destroying nature
January 2nd week is THE BEST time to visit Goa...
:Ocean is calmer
:Accommodation gets cheaper.
:Rowdy crowd.. generally gone by then..
:weather is amazing in January.
Enjoy😅
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
i believe there is never a good time to visit GOA
Thanks for sharing! I was in Goa 35 years ago as a young man when it was quiet and unpopulated. Great memories.
Arambol has been completely transformed since I was there in '83. No shops, no hotels, no guesthouses, only family stay and 3 restaurants on the beach then.
I was there in 79’ I hear you
thats a long time ago india hadnt even won the wc then lol@@acooksla
I've been to Goa 1. Time in 1972 - what a difference, then no fullmoon or beach parties, no bars, only small groups of people with live music and maybe one or two real restaunts, no hawkers - thanks for the insight!
Ah, the Original Goa
4:43 The Gujurati lady is so beautiful! Especially in the ethnic outfit (not sure if it’s from Gujurat or another area in India). Just simply stunning! By the way, the shirt 4:45 looks great on you 😊
She is beautiful, Gujaratis are some of the loveliest people. Her clothing looks Rajasthani to me.
She is really elegantly dressed and yes as a Gujarati I can confirm that its a saree that is draped in Gujarati style.
Greetings from South Africa Gabi. You are such a humble person. It shows in the type of places you like and how you light up when you re-visit these places. This video was very relaxing. Also, keep that shirt it suits you.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Agree, thanks for a chilled travel through Arambol 🙏🏼
Gabi, I remember when you first started posting on UA-cam & you've turned your adventures into something special for us all to watch. You're a good & caring person, otherwise you wouldn't suffer with anxiety & depression. I know it only too well.
I wish you all the best & remember this, you're never on your own, many people know what it's like to suffer the same.
Reach out to your UA-cam community anytime you feel you need.
I'll rent the Royal Enfield when in Goa 😊
Thank you 🙏🏻
Keep it up bro india loves you ❣️
For me the best beaches are in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Laxadweep islands of India. Tarqez water , white beach , blue sky , coral reefs just wow heaven. I'm not saying that Goa , Kerala and coastal India or Digha , Manarmani and Puri beaches are bad but not the best . For me cause lots of people, chaos , pollution, not that clean water beach and water, but i like Digha it has theme 2 parks and Science city, and markets but still not my favourite, my love for those two islands. 😅
Quanto mi manca l'India! Bel video, grazie
Gabi makes the best UA-cam videos! Ive learned so much about India these past few weeks watching your channel. I’m looking forward to more uploads 🤘🏻🙏🏻
Always waiting for your best travel videos
Great video! That area looks very nice! Have a great weekend!
Gabi, your channel is easily becoming one our favourites, thank you for posting so frequently. This has made us look forward to visiting Goa (I've been to Delhi, but my wife has too much anxiety for the chaos there!) Sending happy vibes from our farm in Canada.
Glad to hear that, thank you 🙏🏻 if you are in India from November to March, definitely visit Goa, is a very chilled place 😉 in my next video I will show the different areas of Goa 👍
@@ridewithgabias a former Portuguese colony, Goa has its own carnival in February/March which is a must see

Another awesome and essential fact filled video. Really inspiring and enjoyable to watch your travels 😎
Thank you 🙏🏻
Good tour, brings back lots of good memories. We stayed a month on Colva beach over Christmas in 1973/74. Lived in a palm leaf sand floor hut that was used to store fishing nets during monsoon season. We paid the fishermen $10.00 for the month and bought shrimp and fresh fish from them everyday. It was about a mile walk to the small beach village where there were two small restaurants and a couple of chai shops. Vincy’s was the busy restaurant where you took your chances on food safety, sometimes you lost. Lots of ganga and hippies, very laid back. The ocean was beautiful and clean, we swam and body surfed every day. The best body surfing and big parties were a bit further north at Calangute , where we went a few times, but it was too busy by our standards to live there.
Those were the days my friends!
I planned to go to Goa this week, but because of the war in Israel, all flights were canceled. But not too bad, the interesting motorcycle tours you did in North India convinced me to do a motorcycle trip in a few months in North India.
Itchy Boots is currently touring the Himalayas
YES I SAW THAT , THANKS ;)@@gogadev
Sorry to hear that… yes a trip to the north on a motorbike is definitely a great idea 😉
Such a great Video. I have been to Arambol about 12 years ago. great memories. India is magic.
Bravo Gab! non mollare! apprezzo tantissimo i tuoi video!
Another good video. I’ve stayed at Morjim Beach a few times - next time I’ll head up to Arambol and look around. Thanks Gabi for sharing your experiences.
Love seeing that part of India....you driving around there brought a smile to my face. Planning to return next year. I can't wait 🎉🎉
Amazing, thanks, remember cycling there on my world trip, bring back good memories ❤
Great drone shots as usual ... and fun, relaxed video as usual. Thanks.

Hi Gabi. I have been in Goa once in Octobet 2015. I stayed in Candolim. I did enjoy much there. I hope I can manage to visit Goa again in near future. Thank you for sharing with us. ❤

Happy to see you in India again. Have a wonderful time Gabi..💚
Another great video, man.
Loved the video! And so interesting that is has hardly changed at all in 15 years. I hope I can visit Indian again before I die❤
Always interesting content.
Thanks again for your video. Very informative 👏
Hello Gabi, I love your videos! So happy to see you in India and in Arambol! Can you maybe go to the djungle area next to the sweet water lake north of Arambol and visit the Banyan Tree there? I loved this place!
Your videos are short but amazing, detailed, and I love it raw.
I think back with nostalgia of Goa before co-vid so many beautiful memories...
Gabi great to know you were able to save the Gopro 10 and now it's a back up cam for the 11. Nice experience in Arambol, Goa. Hope I can make it down there sometime down the road betwwen November and March and an AC room is a MUST for me. Keep riding on into Incredible India.
Wow beautiful content thanks for sharing I want to visit Goa now it’s beautiful
When you're in india you will never ran out of someone who's not willing to chat with you. And it's one of the better way to deal with depression😊.
That’s very very true. I was just telling this to my friend yesterday.
I can see the difference, for example compared to Thailand
Is it dangerous for a Single woman to travel there alone?
@@FkcrGuf6j safety depend on the the place and time you venture. India is a vast country. Hygiene is an uncommon concept in most part especially when it comes to street food and drinking water. So buy bottled water. Certain areas in the northern part especially around Delhi may be a bit unsafe for solo travellers to venture at night. Awkward ogling is a common thing for girls in northern and central India. Keep an eye for scammers in train stations, airports and busy markets. Revealing clothes should be avoided as it may attract extremely awkward ogling. But in my opinion, India is a relatively safe country for tourists. people at large in India are welcoming and will approach you without hesitation. If you care to indulge in small talks you may end up getting a lot of loyal followers but also some very thirsty guys.
@@FkcrGuf6j No. Goa is really safe . You can travel alone .
@@FkcrGuf6j no place in world is totally safe. Goa is more liberal . But you have to be reasonably careful and make smart choices. if you can rent a bike or a car its easy to move around. Almost every indian you meet here will be more than willing to help.
Wow....this brought back memories...i use to visit arambol almost every year till 2013. Then i guess i got busy with life. Yes, i dont know what happened. Anywho, It's such a special place....thank you for taking time and making this video.
I Love it too.
Nice video Gabi! Tnx.
Oh Gabi my Friend, thank you for this new vidéo, that i use as usel to improve my english.

I love your channel!! I just got back from India, but now I want to go back to see GOA thank you
Very nice video, thank you.
Love those Royal Enfields!
Nice Goa tour 👏👏
Wow ecstatic dance gone!!!??? Many great memories. 6 hours dancing without stopping
Hi Gabi, hope you can visit the interiors of Goa on your bike. There is an ancient stone temple at Tambdi Surla. You will probably visit Palolem beach in Canacona as well. Drive safe because the "normal" rules of the road dont apply. That Enfield has flags which are common in Ladakh and Himachal.
Hey Gabi! I just came across your video and I liked it. I watched your video on Rishikesh. Liked it too... You are very down to earth. All the best.....
Hey mate, If you struggle with anxiety you can try Ashwagandha which is a natural anti-depressant. It also helps block nervous system activity associated with conditions like generalized anxiety disorder, insomnia, and clinical depression.
Good 1 Mate.... njoy but careful while buying something... You look very professional.. youtuber..👍🍻
....had my very first ecstatic dance experience by this banian tree @ THE SOURCE in 2018. Hopefully there is a new spot around to perform this wonderfull thing of dancing the mind free.....
Hi! Nice video man. I really like your channel. Which equipment do you use except the GoPro 11?
I also have a drone DJI mini 3… and that’s all
Watching this video made me remember my own trip to Goa. Loved the video!
Hi.

Unfortunately not this time… I spent few months in Kerala and I love it, it’s one of my favorite place in India.
I hope to be back for the next high season
so nice to see arambol ;) have been many times but last time is already 5 years ago. looks soooooo quiet to when i went there haha
Wow Goa is my fav place for vacation. Really loved the Arambol tour. I didnt go to Goa this year. ❤

I really liked your video to watch...
Wow arambol is totally changed 20 years back is like paradise on earth . Totally natural .but I m happy to c different good for lokaal people I hope so❤
Im just back from Arambol love the place going to visit again
Nice documentation
I think you would like Hampi - it is not so far from Goa and it will be a great place to make videos too, especially with the drone!
I love Hampi ❤ I went there with this same bike in February 2020, right before the pandemic.
What a magical place…
The idea was to go there again.. but I don’t feel riding 7-8 hours this time..
But I will definitely go back one day
Agree and Hampi is such a special place - nowhere else like it in India ❤
I miss Arambol... I see faces I know,... thanks dude.
Hey Gabi, love your vlogs about India! Looks super exciting, I will be visiting Mumbai and Goa for a wedding next month - Can I ask you if you film your entire vlog with your gopro as well or do you use another different camera for that? Thanks and greetings from Austria :)
1975 My favourite hangout was a part of Arambol with a sweet water pond just off the beach. Two shack cafes few hippies. Read, write and swim all day long. Roll into my sleeping bag at night under the stars. It was a safe beach. You could leave your bag on the beach go away for the day in full confidence the bag would still be there when i got back. Went downhill in the eighties. All things must pass even the memories of happy times.
Wow i love it
I miss Goa!
hii nice video about arambol i watched full video
Very interesting. I did enjoy it. Thank u 👍
Cool 😎 👍
Your new gopro lens looks a little clearer... i think after long use of your old gopro it deteriorates over time. Look forward to some more videos. Please find a goa dance party before you leave :)
Mr. Gabi: Thanks you so much for this remarkable video from Goa, India to shows these amazing places & Landmarks in 2023❤❤❤I really LOVE your amazing videos in joy 2024❤❤❤
Goa ❤
Your really very nice human being ❤🙏🏻
Your vid reminded me of my trip to Goa. I rented an Enfield and bombed around, it was great. I worked my way south to Palolem, and just loved it there. It wasn't as commercialized as the north is, but both were great. You should take the overnight bus to Hampi. Awesome!!
That’s awesome! In my next video I will ride south to Palolem, stay tuned😉
I have been to Hampi with this bike in 2020. I can’t make it this time… but I love Hampi
😊Amigo, You are such a Joy.

Hey Gabi, your way of vlogging is so good and the issue which happened with your gopro, I also faced the same during my recent trip to goa. You can get your gopro replaced if it is under warranty, As mine was in warranty and I got it replaced in 10 days.
That’s good to hear. My gopro was only 1 year old, I bought it in Vietnam because I also broke the previous one in the water (that time it was my fault)
But I guess to apply the warranty you need the receipt? I don’t have it anymore…
@@ridewithgabi yes they will ask you for the invoice

Hi Gabi .. I'm new here .. really enjoy this video! .. glad you can keep filming with new go pro .. that's you sir .. Go Pro !! ❤ from Texas!
Thank you 🙏🏻
Gabi: ride with a helmet please, even if it is hot. We want you around for many many years. Your videos and the way you face life enriches my life so much ! I would miss you so much if you were not around. Please put a helmet on.
That’s true… I usually always wear a helmet. The recording were a very short distance in the center of Arambol.
But It’s still not safe… and I also encourage a dangerous behavior
Sorry about your gopro but that shot was amazing. I felt like I was swimming in the sea! Might come back to this video many times just for that shot. I am Indian and though I haven't been to Arambol I've been to a couple other places in Goa and I found Goa has really nice vibes and the Goans are really relaxing to talk to and laid back and helpful. Had a couple really terrible experiences too but some er "Portuguese" (they aren't actually) have a real chip on their shoulder esp wrt other Indians I expect but somehow I was able to take those experiences in my stride as well, that's Goa. It worries me though, the rampant construction activities. Hope nature stays preserved. That tree you showed is the most sacred tree to us Hindus, the Banyan tree. A Banyan tree has the best vibes; anytime I am feeling depressed I go and just sit near one and I feel so good. In the old times people used to respect the tree so much that financial deals and promises were made between two parties without any other witness under the tree and that itself was supposed to be binding as lying or reneging from promises made under the tree was unthinkable. I can imagine why group dancing under a huge Banyan tree like that would have been ecstatic. love banyan trees so much, we worship them too. Ending my essay here.
The couple of terrible experiences were probably the outliers in the local Goan community just as you probably are outlier in representing the North Indians in terms of behaviour.
Last time I was in goa,30 years ago I don’t think you could find AC,keep on travelling and thank you for the videos
Man I Was Having Goan Fenny Which i Bought from Goa ON MY Recent Visit, I visited Arambol Beach and I'm in Love with it, Less Crowded and Vibe Is Great, thank u For this vblog on Arambol Beach
Thanks Gabi, I'm in Mumbai for work and want to head down to Goa next month. Looks like some fun little waves to surf too. Hope the medicine helped with your anxiety mate
