this is literally such a beautiful song. its the kind of song you listen to in a parking lot of somewhere you used to go a lot and its raining and dark and the lot is lit up by streetlights and neon and youre at peace with who you are now
I'll keep checking back once in a while on this band just because i hope they go back to the awesome energy and not to forget that bass tone they used to have. This isn't it for me, good luck to the band.
@@real96 at work so I haven't listened to this yet, is this more reminiscent of their older stuff? Didn't mind the singles but definitely prefer their prior stuff
Nicholas Brandt you do realize an artists sound transforms through experience and time, sky quite literally said that this new stuff wouldnt sound like the old music because he’s changed, as has his music
This new stuff is not great at all tbh. I get artists change blah blah blah but even bands like Jimmy eat world have always kept their consistently unique sound and still managed to evolve. This should be a side project maybe, but the quality of this music just isn't anything to shout about let's be honest. People are so scared to openly give negative feedback but that's what fans are also there for, lately I think hopeless records have really pushed for change from their artists bar the dangerous summer which thank God kept that raw emotional power that makes them unique. Too many bands going down this route atm.

The chorus of this song is very fitting for being in corona quarantine

Reminds me of mesh by Ollie rewin
Such a great song! It's so relaxing and I can't stop listening!
This song helps remind me that melancholy isn't always a bad thing and that sometimes it's nice to just sit back and do nothing
It's like the musical version of pastels

He sounds like Jack Stauber if you could actually understand what he’s saying.
Hopeless really blows lately
First good song you've released from this album cycle and im happy to actually like it.
Nicholas Brandt better and yours truly were really good though?
@@innermostcoder2735 they sucked. Completely took every bit of sound that made them unique and turned them into a discount waterparks
