Mark Pitchers Carp Life - I drained my lake!

- In this episode of Carp Life we join Mark Pitchers on the bank at Butterly Reservoir where he is hoping to catch his first carp of 2018. We also see Mark working at his own fishery, and he shows us the highs and lows of running a carp fishery, and all work involved to try and rebuild after the disaster that struck last summer.
Hiya mark, I suffer from anxiety and depression and it's at an all time low atm buddy, when I'm struggling you and your videos get me through some pretty grim days when I'm really low mate, I just wanted to thank you for all you do for guys like me and I'm sure there's other people struggling in these hard times with the wars and covid to buddy, you and harry put a smile on my face when nothing else seems to with your daily chores and with our passion for angling to and I always learn something new to try when i can pull myself together and get bk out on the bank, thanks again mark 🇬🇧 🎣 ✊🏼

Really enjoyed seeing the parts about your lake and how you are repairing it, truly fascinating for me as we dont really have anything like that in this country, illegal to stock or transport carp in any private waters here. Hi Tim, the cold weather made things even worse, most morning I'd have to defrost them with a kettle!
Sounds like a right nightmare. Seeing you use the old mini's brought memory's flooding back .I was using Delkim converts at the time and my brother in law had just purchased two Mini's ,made mine look very old school.

Hi Shaun, it's the Fox Exocet Spod braid but we had a sample made in bright orange rather than the normal yellow colour.
Excellent again mark. That bream at the end looked liked it had piles mate. Great that a few of the biggies survived and bet you was glad to see the end of February, stuff of nightmares that but you only get out what you put in. Tight lines {
