  • Hello everyone 💕
In light of some recent conversations within my community, I was informed this would be a helpful concept to make for those who may be struggling from a panic attack.
While I understand that most people won’t be looking for a youtube video mid-attack to help them cope, on the off chance that someone needs consoling and this is their only outlet.. I am very happy and honored to have made this for them.
A lot of time and research went into making sure the techniques used here are proven by professionals to be effective in alleviating the symptoms of panic attacks. The main goal is to make sure the person going through the attack is able to center themselves within the present moment once again.
Here are the hotlines that are mentioned at the end of the video:
Crisis Text Line USA: Text HOME to 741741
Crisis Text Line UK: Text SHOUT to 85258
Crisis Text Line Canada: Text HOME to 741741
Crisis Text Line Ireland: Text HOME to 50808
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
Panic Disorder Information Hotline: 1-800-64-PANIC (72642)
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline: 1-800-662-HELP (4357)
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Helpline: 1-800-950-NAMI (6264)
    Teen Line: 1-310-855-HOPE (4673) or 1-800-TLC-TEEN (1-800-852-8336)
Please don’t leave hateful comments here, as I would really like to keep this a safe space for those who may be struggling. As my channel is growing, I would like to use any reach I have to help those who may need comfort while still safe and secure in their own trusted environments.
Thanks for having me as a content creator, and in the case of this roleplay… a friend..
Hugs. Love, and cheers to you all.
    Chérie

I just wanted to say thank you for this. I served in the army and deployed. I developed PTSD and panic attacks came after. VA is not helping, but everytime you post a video, I look forward to it as it helps me. This one really did, thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work.

Thankfully I haven't had panic/anxiety attacks for a few years now, but I feel confident saying that this would definitely help. You have a very genuine compassion and empathy for mental and emotional struggles that always shines through in these types of videos. Thank you for doing what you do!

It's very good that you took care of this. Someone who has never had a panic attack will not understand this. I've been through this many times with my daughter's attacks. If it weren't for my, unfortunately, experiences, I probably wouldn't understand it either. Everything seems to be OK, but you can't catch your breath, your head is spinning, your heart is racing and you think you're dying. It's a hard thing when there's no soul mate next to you.

I used to suffer from panic attacks a lot when I was in high school . I found that eating a healthy diet, adding some natural remedies like apple cider vinegar, reducing (especially completely eliminating) junk foods like sugary or high processed carb foods, caffeine, or any other stimulants SIGNIFICANTLY eased anxiety.
Doing this helped control blood pressure and you can physically feel it in your heart. You feel calm and at ease 😌

This helped me out a lot. I was diagnosed with asburgers syndrome a long time ago (mild autisum). I would struggle socially to make friends and relate to my peers. I have had manny humiliated set backs to say the least and therefore overtime I began to develop panic attacks because I feared of the unknown. Everyday I would wake up thinking about hypothetical outcomes of what could possibly go wrong such as “what if it’s something worse next time.” I am also throwing this out there generally to raise awareness that this could happen to anyone. Even without a diagnosis. You are such an inspiration that there is hope for great people. Never give up.

Breathe in through your nose and fill up your belly, hold it in a few seconds and breathe out through your mouth. Find a texture to feel or a pattern to look at. Even if you’re just rubbing your fingers together give yourself a sensation to distract from your thoughts.

I recently read the collected works of the ancient Greek writer Plutarch, who recorded that circa the year 30 AD, the Oracle at Delphi and "something resembling a man from beneath the sea" proclaimed 'The great god Pan is Dead'
This resulted in a sudden wide spread fear or PAN-ic, and the word has remained with us 💫
