I don't understand the negative comments about Interior design. It's interior is absolutely classy. Times may change but standards remain standards! But everyone is ofcoarse entitled to his opinion and opinions are subject to personal taste. After owning 2, the first a L322 and the current model (both V8 diesel cars) I consider the Range Rover to be the best daily driver car in the world. My L322 was the first car in my life that out a smile on my face every time I drove it!

I can see how amazing this thing rides through video, I can only imagine how truly impeccable it is in person. Another home run review, Steve.. Thank you!

Not talking about anything but the ride.. I know what a mess they are to live with and own.. otherwise i'd own one!! Truly a shame.

Excellent review Steve! The reliability of this vehicle would prevent me from ever purchasing it...... that and the fact I can’t afford it ;)

I love this car. It's not for ppl on a "budget" or those worried about the price of gas, etc. You buy this car b/c you want one and you can have it, not b/c you were considering a honda or a hyundai vs a Range Rover.

This is probably my favorite vehicle on the road today...The diesel...the go anywhere attitude...Mine specked out @ a cool $100K! If I just had the funds...

It actually gets better gas mileage than stated I'm getting about 26 miles per gallon and I don't drive conservatively, it is absolutely fantastic for such a big vehicle, my other car a 2009 Ford Fusion 2.3 4-cylinder it's like 25 on average LOL

My 2015 Audi Q7 TDI gets up to 30 mpg on the highway. With a cruising range of 590-700 miles on a tank of diesel, you cannot beat it!

Sure it is... Now, I've never owned the full size Range Rover but ive owned a Discovery 3 and a 2010 Range Rover Sport. While they are fantastic machines, reliability just isn't their strong suit. Not to mention this review actually mentions issues with the infotainment system (not unlike my old Sport), I shudder to think of what else will go wrong 2 years from now.

    • @3204clivesinclair

Oliver Do some research online a starting point would be JDPower surveys (the best know globally). RR have been close to the bottom for several years - despite promises that quality has improved.
These are not made up surveys by fanboys, or a lucky few individuals who have had no issues. These are surveys taken from 10’s of thousands of owners.
I don’t own a Lexus or Toyota, but I have owned a RR product and certainly would not touch one again.

They’re working on it. The Velar is stunning, and hope the tech there transfers into other Land Rover models. However, Jaguar & Land Rover have to find a way on how to make a better infotainment system.

Why are all the Really Good(Expensive) Off Roaders so Unreliable? Oxymoron to have a “Go Anywhere” Vehicle that can’t stay running “On Road”🧐😆
