As an Asian Jew from Hong Kong I not sure how I feel about the name choice but the food looked amazing and authentic HK Chinese is all about the wok Chef. Another home run thanks for the great videos always.
Chinglish is like Spanglish, Singlish, Konglish or Taglish. It's just a blended language that our family speaks. We love and appreciate our Cantonese heritage, as well as our Jewish and American cultures. We were not trying to make anyone uncomfortable. You should try to food and meet our family and staff; you'll feel better.
Better than all the Kosher Chinese in LA put together! I can tell when her dad isn't cooking though, still great, but not as amazing as when he is in the kitchen!
Ching…is derivative of a Asian slur in these parts but I get it totally get it. No hate here just a shock …maybe taking back the word …liberate it :) the food looks amazing.
