She has a beautiful voice, but the instruments are louder than her voice. I love her accent, it's noticeable and makes the song more personal to her lover in that region of the world wherever she's from.

Women do tend to have better rock voices (particularly metal) than men, ironically even Fergie is good. I'm not really sure why, it might be because higher voices contrast quite well against bass. They're just in the minority so it's rarely noticed.
Making cover versions is risky but please take this risk again. Brilliant job
