Meet the Chefs at Detroit Shipping Company

Since the production of this video, Chef Max of Coop has passed away. Since his passing, Coop is no longer operating in Detroit Shipping Company. We extend our condolences to his friends, family, and the community he served.
One of Midtown’s gems is Detroit Shipping Company, a food collective and beer garden featuring six unique restaurants, locally made beers, a Detroit retail shop, a gallery, and unique events each month. Dine and unwind in this unique made from 21 refurbished shipping containers. There is something for everybody at DSC!

We ate there this past weekend, and the food was delicious. We tried the pad Thai roll, crispy broccoli, crispy fried chicken bowl, and spring rolls at Bangkok 96. My goodness! Also, try the chicken dumplings and chow mien at Momo Cha next to it. My goodness! Everything was wonderful!
