First of all those wooden toys are pretty amazing! That said...I have known about this place for a long time through their Ebay listings...it is really cool to get to see their operation and get to know the guy making the tanks...really humanizes their business. Also just a fun video to watch! :-)
Thank you sir! Dave and crew are great people and obviously their tanks are superb, professionally built and looking great! Thanks for following along on my channel. Let's promote Dave's business a little bit, if you could put this video on your Facebook page.
@@TheirWorldAquatics I would, but I don't use my Facebook page anymore....they were trying to force me to migrate my business account to personal info account and I said no thanks...so no more facebook. :-(
What an awesome guy maybe will give them a call talk about building our indoor pond we’re still checking on a lot of different ideas we’re not sure what to do for it yet….Fishman does a lot of videos on this kind of stuff all the time to Canada awesome channel if you’ve never checked them out we’ve given a quite a few shout outs
Thanks for watching and following along. Yes on the pleco's.... obviously the smaller ones might be creating micro scratches and hard to see, but as they get bigger, so will the scratches.
@@victoraquino3002 Thanks for watching and following along!!! Yes, this can go directly on to a metal stand, but you can never go wrong with a sheet of 3/4 plywood and then a 1/2 to 3/4 inch styrofoam or cushion between it and the tank.
Thanks for the info and enjoy the channel. Question, have an aquarium that is 72” (L) 24” (W) 30” (H) and it’s made out of 3/4” acrylic. Would I need to do the same as well?
Hello, Can you do a Acrylic Aquarium with no visible seams? Bow Front and Straight in the back? About Two feet deep, and Six Feet long? Thank you for sharing.
Hello my tank acrylic has craziness I think it's called there is a way to fix that and is it safe also when I bought a tank acrylic 240 gallons bottom part is crack I need help repair it ether cut it and glue new bottom or just glue new piece on top of the old one . I bought weld on 40 two parts if you have any suggestions or guide me in the right direction will be great thank you so much
Thanks for watching and following!!! That is called fatiguing, once you have it there's no going backwards. That means an incredible amount of stress was put into that acrylic. To create more integrity, yes you can glue in acrylic bars around the bottom perimeter.
Thank you the question also the bottom tank has cracked what will be best way to fixing it . Would it. Be best to cut out the whole bottom piece and replace it if yes what kind of saw blade I would need to do that or it be better just glue new piece of acrylic sheet over old one and drill holes end of cracks to prevent crack expanding sorry my english not so well hope I describe the right way

I am setting up a 300gallon acrylic tank with severums. I would like to add bristlenose plecos to take care of algae. Will they scratch the acrylic?
Thanks for watching and following along. Yes on the pleco's.... obviously the smaller ones might be creating micro scratches and hard to see, but as they get bigger, so will the scratches.
Is it safe for an aquarium that size to sit directly on the metal stand? Or does it need a piece of wood under it?
