- 🔧DAF CF EURO 6 with STEERING WHEEL SWITCH issues, no mileage and external interface error on the DIP. With the power of JALTEST from ECLIPSE DIAGNOSTICS, we can easily check and identify the fault codes in the truck. With fault codes related to I-CAN and CAN TIME OUT for the steering wheel switches I could check the functionality of the steering wheel switches and trace the fault to the specific connector which was sat in water! watch as we FIX this daf right first time for the customer🔧

Quick one for you......I've had 2 mx-13's spin the cam lobes on the fuel pump in the last 5 months and another master tech has seen 3 go.....have you seen any when you have been doing the camshaft recalls?
@@TRUCKTECHUK I have never seen the fuel pump lobes fail..and I haven't stopped doing them.i have done nothing else lol..Have only saw it on the 11..though I put that down to the angle the pumps are at.....Great that you are busy ,and you have future plans..Will be interesting to see it all

Happy new year! In your shop you sell a BOSCH 2.2 ADBLUE MODULE PRESSURE SENSOR. What's the use for it, for which vehicle/pump?
Hey, thanks for the comment. It's for the BOSCH denoxtronic 2.2 adblue pump fitted on all euro-6 daf LF, CF and XF trucks I think it's fitted to IVECO and MAN too. It's for pressure sensor-related DTC issues on the adblue system. DAF doesn't sell it as a part and seems stupid to spend £1800 on a new pump for just a pressure sensor so I sell them for people who want to fix their AdBlue pumps and it's something I replace when I recondition them for my customers

with datalink fault codes , It is 90% luck , 10% knowledge 😭
You can't fix a fault if it isn't happening unfortunately and DAF stipulate not to waste time on CAN faults if you can't induce the concern 😵💫
