I am in the process of looking for it. It's in the garage somewhere after unplugging everything in the garage it's still there i am going to crawl up in the attic and see if it's the fan up there.
With a dipole low to the ground, the signal goes straight up and scatters off the ionosphere, then comes straight back down and covers approximately 600 to 700 miles. I have a full wave loop 62 feet per side times 4. My feed point is 6 feet off the ground, not good for DX, but really good for the western states because of the high take-off angle from the antenna.
Awesome video Dean! I got some really good ideas from this. Thanks for the content! W3TOJ
Ooh I heard you guys here in central California coast, Cheers! What is the pulsating interference across the band there?
