    "Getting help has consequences."
Absolutely gd-damn right. That was the absolute best way I have ever heard someone put it. Very very important line right there.

Love your interview style. Seems like more of a conversation because you understand what they are talking about. Im curious to know how you pick the people you interview. All great.

I can't wait to get "Better Broken.". I just bought R.A. and truly believe, as an ex therapist and friend to a few SOF guys for a decade, that book should be REQUIRED READING for all high school boys.

I'm in tears. THIS NEEDS TO BE REQUIRED for ALL boys to watch by 18.

I tell the students now: You do not have to be in a tier-one organization to adopt a T-1 mindset. It could be the benefit of having seen it, done it. But I don't think so. You can always do more and you know it. There is an important in every cell of the organism. Would you rather be a dead cell that is destined to fall off? Or would you rather be a living, breathing party of the organism and do your part to make it better?

12 minutes in. Hits home as I have a son in 82nd who tried out for RASP. Thankfully? got dropped in pre-RASP. I did my best to give him the reality, but how do you convince the son of a former SEAL, who also died in a motorcycle accident, that it's not a life of glory. He had to FAFO. He sees the truth about the world and the mindset it takes. He sees beneath the mask now, but has to finish the contract. I tell him to make this count and use it for personal development in garrison. Every episode is INCREDIBLE and so necessary for the healing journey we are embarking on. Ego death is the final frontier. As a vet and now clinical therapist, I recommend everyone do shrooms. 🍄 Thank you. ❤
