643 is at Broadwater Caravan Park and is being converted into a childrens fun club. 644 is at Farmer Parrs and has not been converted to anything at the moment. Both trams are around 200 yards apart from each other. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for this lovely video. It gets me in the holiday spirit for when I visit in July for a few days. Nothing beats a trip to the Tower or Pleasure Beach via the tram :)
Two things. One. This improved tramway certain is making Blackpool look better, for the first time in my life, last week, I was able to feel some pride in the town I was born in. Let's hope the extensions happen! I hear there are about 5 plans for 2015. Second of all, your videos are great as ever, I can't wait to see myself in the background at some point in the future! Also nice to see you got near the Poulton & Wyre Railway line!
Thanks for your kind comment Joseph and Mark. Wasn't sure about putting drums in on the synth sound, but I think it sounded OK in the end. Thanks for watching.
It will be great if some of the extensions materialize. The new trams could then be used in land and the number of old trams could increase to serve the prom once again. Had a look at the old Fleetwood line the other day, it's hard to believe that the track is still their from all those years ago. Thanks for your kind comments nightw4tchman.
I must admit it was the first time on Boat 600, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Still recovering from the sun burn. Thanks for your kind comments railwaychannel.
Yesterday had quite good loadings, probably due to good weather and two boat cars being out. Other times there might only be few on between both trams. Still early days yet, will have to see how the season pans out. Thanks for your kind comments kirk8472.
The heritage trams have been running every weekend so far and are about to start a seven days a week service. Thanks for watching and your kind comments class47peter.
Thanks for your kind comments jontony100. I understand why the heritage tram tickets are £10 a piece due to maintenance etc. Maybe if the price of ticket was around £6.50 it might improve numbers. Better to have tram full of passengers at £6.50 a head as appose to half a dozen passengers at £10 per head. Also think that the heritage stop at the Pleasure Beach would be better located near the platform stop (at old location last year) in order to improve numbers. Thanks for watching.
It was quite surprising how many people wanted to board at the platforms. There are plenty of posters stating where to board the heritage trams. I don't mind video'ing the Flexity trams, just that they are not a good subject to take still photos of. Thanks for watching and your kind comments srpott40.
Another super video - the only disappointing thing is not seeing myself cycling on the prom! I'm there often enough! I really hope the patronage picks up on the heritage service, it breaks my heart seeing the old girls going up and down the prom with hardly anybody on. At the moment it's tram fans keeping it going - poor Bryan Lindop must be tearing his hair out. Here's hoping for a busy summer season.
Didn't use the shot at Cleveleys as their was too much shadow in the end. The south bound tram at West Drive was 011, I gather you were on it. Thanks for watching.
Couldn't resist the shot of the seagulls waiting to catch the next tram. 600 had had problems at Bispham several times that day, so was more or less guaranteed on getting something on video. Thanks for watching FM60260.
I'm great believer that if we had had a city like London near by these extensions would happen without any hesitation. It is a typical north south divide when it comes to transport. Thanks for watching.
i was in blackpool at the weekend got to ride the old Balloon tram in its 1935 apaerance how good felt riding the Balloon once again up stairs and down, I also got ride the old Routmaster London Bus, both the Balloon Tram and Routmaster Bus have that chareter as with Boat, Box, Standard amd Bolton 66 I think Classic Bus company should get together with Blackpool transport and more heritage trams on as well charge ast least £2 so families can on the old ladies
Somehow came across this video with a question... How are road/tram crossings controlled... Are they just integrated into traffic light patterns (obviously with tram signals)? Still a great video... Favorited because it is always good reference..
What 600 was empty in that weather!!!!!! you can not believe it really, i'm sure the price of the trip has nothing to-do with it :). Another great video and sorry to say it but those flexitys, are just not the same, well i think that is the problem they are all the same . keep up the great filming
I see you didn't include that shot of 011 Fleetwood-bound at Cleveleys, probably because theres too much of me getting on the thing! lol 011 - I'm sick of it! Way too much mileage on that one! 164.55 as I post this comment!
Thanks for you kind comments and hope the weather is good for you on your visit.

Gut, dass Sie mochte das Video und vielen Dank für Ihre freundlichen Bemerkungen Rainer.

Lets hope numbers increase on the heritage during the holiday's.

Thanks you for your very kind comments mcnixxy.
Just uploaded another video today called Blackpool trams June-July 2012.
Thanks for your very kind comments hunterxf382.
I created the music in some software called GarageBand.
The heritage service starts 7 days a week today.
First service of Pleasure Beach at 09.55 and last service at 15.55.
Another super video - the only disappointing thing is not seeing myself cycling on the prom! I'm there often enough! Makes complete sense, I never realised that at all when I have been in Blackpool...
Couldn't resist the shot of the seagulls waiting to catch the next tram.

It's hard to believe that these trams were withdrawn in working order and are now resting in the locations filmed.
Thanks for watching mikechick221.
The last I heard it was being converted into a gift shop, doesn't seem like much progress has been made.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching and your kind comments.
Thanks for your kind comment NODDINGCAT.
Thank you for your kind comment laim22.
I believe tram is being converted into a children's fun club.
Thanks for watching.
No, I bailed off it at London Street (Fleetwood). Nipped into the Wetherspoons for a quick jar and jumped on 013 north to the Ferry and back south!
This is stunning! :D
Thanks for your kind comment theenthusiast101.
By the way, a brilliantly presented interesting video. PLEASE MAKE MORE :D

A few familer faces on that one! lol Top effort, as always ;)
Don't seem to be able to see Rob anywhere in the video, unless he's in one of those Flexity's accumulating some mileage.
Beautiful!!

Fantastic vdo, well done
I believe they were waiting for a tram, and been their for some time.
Thank you for your very kind comments gordon1066thomas957
the ending is so sad to see a clack tram just left there to rote as were if it was saved it could be back in service if they amend the doors
what is happaning with the tram at broadwater ???
1:01 - 1:10 That's the sound and the tram I want to hear and be on. Oh and 706 if it's operating :D
