    Thank you for the comparison! I was really interested in the Pollen bag because of its ultra simple aesthetic. The only thing I don’t like about the senreve is the buckle clasp. Other than that I think it’s awesome.
    I am a minimalist and I currently have 3 bags left. I am going to sell two of them to consignment. I only want one bag. Having a bag that is convertible is such a plus. I wish the Pollen could turn into a back pack but I could always take it to have two grommets installed so I can have that option.
    Thanks for sharing!

      Polene does have a backpack version but smaller than the one in this video. Senreve has updated their bags. If you like the convertible option from Senreve but not the buckle, check out their Armonica line. It does not have that buckle clasp.

    Thank you for the review. I bought my
    Poelene Sept back in June and 2wks ago while walking outside and the camel color from the strap TRANSFERRED onto my polo white shirt (which will not come out after washing it). I was soooo disappointed bc I haven’t had this purse that long and I REALLY liked it. It’s just that damn strap. The purse itself is fine and hasn’t transferred m.

      Oh no! I have never heard of the strap transferring color. How strange! I am sorry to hear that happened to you. It hasn't happened to me but I will keep an eye out.

    Thank you for your comparison/review. I was wondering if you could comment on how comfortable the strap for the mimosa leather senreve bag is when you wear it. Does it dig into your shoulder because leather is stiffer, say compare to pebble or dolce leather ones. Thanks

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  Рік тому

      Hello - the mimosa midi maestra bag does not feel uncomfortable on the shoulder. While the leather is stiffer, there is a slightly thicker band at the top of the strap to even out the bag weight. It is stiffer than pebbled or dolce leather, but not to the degree where it would dig into your skin.

    Hey Angel, is your Senreve mini is in Lilac color? I got the chili red...love the color but just too much of it. I will return it and get a replacement in the Lilac. How do you like the ice blue color in your belt bag? Which color would you chose for midi, Lilac or the Ice Blue? Love your comparison video.

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  4 роки тому

      My mini is in the lilac color and it goes so well with many outfits. I get what you mean - a bright color can be very loud. Senreve has a good exchange policy so hopefully you can find the right color. That is a tough choice - I love the ice blue because it can almost seem white in some light. I think Lilac would look great on the midi. What colors do you wear usually? If you wear light colors, I think the ice blue would go really nicely there. Darker shades clothing would go very nice with the lilac! Don't forget to use ANGELEYN50 at checkout to save $50! I sometimes forget haha!

      @@angeleyn I too have my eyes on Aria belt bag for a long time but can't decide on the leather. The chestnut looks nice but I'm afraid it won't be good for summer. I'm thinking about the forest but I feel it's a bit dark and look like black in some lights. The blush is too pale for my like. The lilac looks nice from your video. Do you think it's hard to pair with outfit i.e. pastel colors. Do you like Mimosa or Pebble leather more? Should I go with Forest? Can the Lilac be used for all seasons in your thought?

    hello! Senreve came up with the vegan collection..just wondering what your views are and if you will consider buying it? i recently got mine in midi chestnut after watching your videos :) i love it and i am thinking of getting another one soon :) now i understand why you have a lot of senreve bags in your collection.. lastly, thanks for uploading the videos..i love watching it..keep it up and stay safe..

      Hello! Thank you so much for watching and for your feedback. I am so happy to know my videos help and that's what keeps me making them!
      I haven't pre-ordered a vegan Maestra as I am still debating. However, I am intrigued since the photos online of the leather looks very much like saffiano. If I get my hands on one I will definitely review it. I hope it will be as strong as their leather counterparts. Stay tuned!
      Glad you are loving the midi in chestnut. I love that color (first one I ever bought) and the midi Maestra is an awesome size. Stay safe!

    Thank you for the video! I’m so in love with this Polene, but am afraid it might be too heavy. Do you know how much it weighs when it’s empty? Is it heavier than the Givenchy Antigona in the small?

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  4 роки тому +1

      Hello! Unfortunately I don't own the Givenchy Antigona in the small size so I don't have that information. I did compare the weight of the Polene numero un with the Senreve Mini Maestra in the video. I don't find it too heavy, but it is well made. Hope that helps!

      Hey K K. They are both so beautiful! I use the maestra one more because it is more durable and can be worn multiple ways. When I do wear the polene - it just feels so luxurious. The leather is butter soft! Do you think you will get the maestra in the mini size or larger size?

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  3 роки тому +1

      That's a tough decision, Vivien! I think if I were traveling, I would prefer the Senreve. If I were going out day to day, I would pick the polene. However, the Senreve Alunna has stolen my heart!

    Hello! Thanks for posting! If you had to choose only one purse, would it be the Mini Senreve or the Polene Numero Un and why? Stay safe and well! 😁

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  4 роки тому +3

      Good question! Such a difficult decision as I like them for different reasons. If I had to choose between the two, I would probably go with the Polene because it can fit more. However, if I chose between the midi Maestra and Polene, I would go for the midi Maestra because I can wear it as a backpack and crossbody/shoulder bag. It is also more durable and has the compartments I need.

    Hello! The closure on the Maestra, do you get used to it? It’s so stiff but does it soften over time?

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  Рік тому +1

      The closure is stiffer than I prefer, but it helps prevent the bag from accidentally opening. I don't really use the zipper so this is the only way for the bag to stay shut. I noticed the dolce leather does soften over time, but the mimosa leather that I have here hasn't soften. They do have other styles that do not have this belt loop closure such as the Cadence style, which is a metal clasp.

    • @-AutumHall
      @-AutumHall Рік тому

      @@angeleyn thank you! I did order the mimosa Maestra and I guess I’ll give the closure a whirl. I wasn’t going to use the zipper and just the clasp so hoping it works out. They are such beautiful bags.

    • @angeleyn

    Hi! I find the senreve bag heavy. Is the polene bag less heavy?

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  4 роки тому

      Hi Kim, the Polene is 2 lbs 2 oz and the Senreve Midi Maestra is 2lbs 11 oz. The Senreve Mini maestra is about 1 lb 12 oz. So the Mini maestra is actually lighter than the Polene. Hope that helps. Also, Senreve has a bag sale right now and can be used with the $50 off code ANGELEYN. Just in case you decide you want the lighter bag :)

    Also I think the dolce leather is more luxurious than the polene numero un leather. I like the price of the polene bag and it is beautiful, I am looking to get the nano numero un.
    Have a look at the numero sept (number 7) it is very luxurious also. I want one, but maybe in a little while cannot spend the money now.

    • @angeleyn
      @angeleyn  4 роки тому

      I did see the numero sept and was tempted to get it. Too bad the strap cannot be removed. I think I would have gone for it if it had that flexibility. The dolce leather is tougher than the polene so far.
