Does auto sync to strava work automatically without opening the app? It seems the data from my iGPS 630 doesn't sync unless I open the app up and thus my rides don't show up on Strava until I open the app while the cyling computer is on. Even if I have my phone on me with bluetooth on it won't sync until opening the IGPSport app.

this shows that data will be sent from the IGS320 to Strava and TP, but can you send a workout from TP to the IGS320 and have it tell you when to increase power or heart rate like with Garmin and wahoo?

How do you manually post your rides to strava?

The pity with igpsport synchronisation to Strava is that it is not possible to define activity type.
So after each ride, you have to check in Strava to change the activity type road / gravel / mtb and so change the gear / bike used

ypu have to give it a name anyway, and check hod the training went, so not a big deal

I cant sync to strava. It was working, stopped using the app for a month and now it does not sync. I gave all permissions on the app.

I recently purchased an iGS320. Initially it was syncing the recorded data automatically to Strava. However, the past couple of days, auto-sync stopped working so I have to manually export data and manually upload them to Strava. Would you be able to assist me on how to resolve the sync issue?
