Hi, does this sync historic information? I.e exercise I completed yesterday, before I synced the two accounts?
Yes if sync is on then it will sync other historic workouts also.

Yes it should sync that data too, it should show in the workouts option in the Strava App.

Why will 'Resync for a specific day' only allowy 2 previous days? I would like to resync from a few days ago but it will only go back 2 days
Yes right now the feature is limited, and it can be added with an update.
But it doesn't sync the map route to Strava, is there a way to do that?
Let me check and I will make a video on it once I get a workaround.
Samsung health always disconnect Strava account link after several days linked. Could you tell me how to solve it?

@@AddictedBlogging Unfortunately the Health Sync app doesn't let me choose Strava as the source and Samsung Health as the target, only vice versa. I'd need it to work that way as my e-bike's app syncs its data only with Strava and Komoot and I'd like to get that workout data into Samsung Health where all my other data (not just exercises) is stored. The sync works from Samsung Health to Strava quite OK and it can be also forced with Health Sync, but unfortunately Strava to Samsung Health works really unreliably and Health Sync doesn't help there.
Okay let me check and in case I find a better solution I will definitely share with you.
@@AddictedBlogging I also contacted the developer of Health Sync and it seems like adding Strava as a sync source is on the roadmap and could be released within some months. So there's at least some solution in the horizon, but if there's something that works today, I'd like to hear about it 🙂

Make sure you have updated the Strava app to the latest version along with the health connect app.
How to get the old data from Samsung Health App to Strava?
