Im pretty sure the side quest in Venice is joe's stash. You can look in your journals to see where to look. The one in bel air is weapon box in the pool outside Jesse's house. There is a pool in bel air with the 3rd note I believe to tell you where the last one is

It matters what your level is, not everyone gets the same things from side missions. I did the same mission as Delirious but was a lower level than him. He got a blue item, I got a green one.
Delirious you need to go back to venice beach and go talk to that woman at the life guard tower, the one that said to not go up there before you went through all those zombies at the end of this video. She becomes a trader and there is a side quest for her.
28:16 ish when she goes to talk to Sinclair... HALF that sentence is in one bubbly voice then Mr Sinclair in a different tone. Then the lats half is in the normal voice. What a weird mix
Delirious just so you don't die later because of this mistake I would like to inform you that you take caustic damage from the costic clouds when in rage mode
So the zombie that dropped the keys had a star around it’s level and a name and when you were running through Curtis’ house heading to the goat pen there was a female zombie screamer like that so I wonder if she has his safe key that you couldn’t find the first or second episode it seems that when you’re unlocking the new zombies more spawn in old areas with items to unlock stuff
I have to say I definitely agree that there was no lore regarding the military zone. Not even a special weapon since you pre-ordered the game itself that they don't give you some kind of crate in one of those trailers with a special combo from buying the game itself. 🤷♂️ Just an idea
Delirious if you look at your regular map not the fast travel and go to LA you can press Y or look at something at the bottom of the map that says view quests and it will show the side quests in the city. If it doesn’t show it just do it again
No your not I saw ep 11 in it's entirety earlier today and from reading some of these comments, it appears that he uploaded the video out of sequence, considering that he started the video in a different location and had already completed quests that we haven't seen yet.
The quest your looking for is the delivery man stole package if it ain't it then it's probably the pool note quest where you find notes in different pools
