  • In this video, Trail is going over how to install the Zenith Archery Products Bitzenburger Upgrade Kit and what the added benefits are when it comes to fletching arrows.
Zenith Archery Products Bitzenburger Upgrade Kit has introduced a newly upgraded nock receiver for your Bitzenburger fletching jig. The replacement body will fit directly into your jig and will still adjust for all three different fletching patterns.

So what size arrow does that little dowel fit in, all arrows are different I shoot three different types of arrows, and how does it not slip when you turn it as before it was locked onto the knock

Sorry bro, try again. Your installation instructions are off. You are showing the pre installed upgrade vs the original. You need to pull the flathead screw off the jig after backing out the three set screws and hold the jig upside down to not loose any bearings. That’s how your remove it…

I was just about to say the same thing. As a UA-camr, I understand that sometimes nerves can get pretty high because you want to make a good quality video and I myself have misspoken something I was trying to explain. I’m assuming he just slipped up and didn’t catch his slip because someone with 18 years of experience with this rig knows that’s not the right screw

Keep inward pressure and a slight twist on your arrow in the same direction for every vane and that should help with the play in the nock.

Not a bad product but if the person fletching the arrow doesn’t know what degree it’s fletched at, what good is it?

The only upgrade that this jig needs is the Cali-Bitz, a way to know what degrees you’re fletching at.

Thank you Trail for all your great reviews. I have made my own arrows and it's a great thing to pass down to your children and then grandkids. It gives one pride in a job well done. Just like your videos.
God Bless you and all you do.

What if you use Gold Tips with accu bushings and .166 nocks?

I shoot the 4mm Easton Axis arrows, does anyone know if this kit will work with my arrows?

Did you glue the top piece on instead of drill it?
