I’m revisiting a kopitiam which I frequented regularly some 20 years ago. Of course, most of the stalls I patronized were no longer here today. Heck, even the whole kopitiam has changed hands. But this kopitiam indeed brought back some memories, can’t say they were all great memories but they lingered on till today. Basically, for this episode I’ll share how I went from riches to rages. Of course, you can still get my food recommendations like all my videos. Thanks, and see you in the next.

Walking down memory lane and at USJ17 for this episode - the evergreen food introduced is again ever mouth watering and gastric juice inducing formula. I was having a dejuVu when Elmo was tasting the beef noodles and it’s components - the ever mouth watering special chilly sauce just flashed across my mind when dipped with a great piece of beef tripe. Yatt Lau !!! Mou tak Deng !!! 🤤. Ending this USJ 17 episode with a good fried Wok Hei Penang CKT is just right - rightly balanced - with a dash of nice cockles added to the dish. Thanks Elmo for making this episode available to all your fans ! I’m one of them 🤭!!!
Thanks choong I wonder if u have indeed been to tis kopitiam coz its a little bit off the bitten track since there's one road leading u here from Subang jaya and shah alam respectively. But once u get here you'll b rewarded

I actually been to Subang Jaya before when I was just a boy. Subang Parade Mall and Carefour were the most famous mall back then.

Already tried the Chee Cheong Fun and the Chicken rice.
Yes CCF is run by foreigner and the curry gravy is NOT NICE, I didnt like it at all. Same with the chicken rice, both expensive and don't taste good.
Next time, I want to try the Kampar Fried Chicken, Nasi Lemak, Borneo Beef noodle and probably the curry mee too, maybe also the Kway Teow but have to be honest, the color of that kway teow don't look good XD

Never gone there so long,used to work there s.j ,mother in law pass away 2018 live in sec 19,dont visit there anymore only my bro in law there,what you say is good ,middle income earner there n well to do,the place has sprung up a lot n plenty of new makan shop catering for this area,with yr adventure n keeping track on famous makan shop will make life easy for us old timer,instead of us round n round finding new spots to eat,like i always said you are still the makan kaki to follow,keep it up ELMO LEE.
